If you hire these guys better plan on robbing a bank before they come! Ok, so I was lazy after the snowstorm, worked long hours, shoveled everyday when I got home, so I called to have PAC change my bathroom sink which I had in a box. They came and quoted me MORE than I take home for a weeks pay! Are you kidding me? After I sent them away, I went to Lowes and both PVC adapter and plumbers putty for less than twenty bucks and changed it in one hour by myself, and I am not a plumber! The worker who came was a nice guy, his boss, Eric, made the quote on the phone without seeing how small and simple the job was. I tried to explain to him over the phone but he was rude and adamant. I will never call them again.

Came home Sunday night to a cold house, checked the furnace to find the pilot was out my husband thought it was the thermocoupling unit. Called PAC as they had installed radiant floor heating with a recent renovation and was recommended by the contractor. I had 2 other estimates and they were in the ballpark so we went with them, happy with the final result. I called them for the furnace issue, spoke to service, was told to expect a call from the office in the morning which I did at 7:45 am. Technician came by 8:15, confirmed it was the unit my husband said it would be $385+tax. I mentioned I knew the part was about $50.I agreed as if I started to shop around it might take another 24-48 hours to get it fixed and it was already 59 degrees in the house. The receipt was sent to my email address, it was not itemized, when my husband called today for an itemized one was to they do not do itemized receipts and they ""charge flat rates "" when asked for the flat rate was told ""it depends on the job"" and would not supply any rate info. There must be a consumer law concerning thus, will check with NYC Dept. of Consumer Affairs. Tied to PAC as they had done the reno work, but will not call them or use them for other issues.

Call for service on a Saturday at 10:00am and they came immediately. Great service you can't beat that and especially on a Saturday. Even charged for a regular service and not emergency service call. I would recommend them to everyone.

Well, my sweetie called them for an estimate that said would be less than a hundred dollars to ""look"" at the problem. He came in and banged holes in my ceiling, couldn't find the pipes for one bathroom, and initially told us that our toilet wasn't ""set"" right and that was causing the leak. ""checked"" it again and said he had made a mistake, especially after hearing my boyfriend tell him several times that the bowls were newly installed, less than a year ago. Then he priced all the work he ""might"" have to do at $1200 and charged us $280 for having to break holes in our walls and not tell us anything definitive. Definitely not calling them back. On the plus side, the guys were very pleasant and nice, but not pleasant and nice enough for a call back!!!

They do a great job but there estimates of rebate programs are way off and the paperwork process is terrible. It's 6 months of me following up and a denial letter and no rebate checks to date. As of today the proper paperwork has supposedly been submitted we shall see. Additional estimates were requested at time of work still never got those. Clearly someone else will do the work. It's a shame!

Vinny and Bob from PAC Plumbing did a wonderful job helping my father. They fixed the shower from leaking and installed a new shower head. We can't be anymore grateful for what they did.

The only reason I called this company was because of it's proximity to my home. However, they wanted $7900 to replace my broken oil heat boiler with a gas heat boiler, & it would take Paul a few days to get the job done. I found SI Plumbing. They did it charging me $5500 & got it done the next day (started work at 7:30am, gas heat was up & running at 6:45pm) + extra 300 to remove the oil tank from my basement & clear & clean the basement the way I had it (well worth the extra 300).

I will never call this company again. I had no heat on an 18f day this February so I called pac plumbing. They replaced an electronic part on my boiler that looks like the mechanic had under his seat for ten years. Worn label, covered in grease etc. He was in my home for 45 minutes and I was charged 867.00. I called a plumbing supply house and found out the part cost 111.00. So I was charged 756.00 for a 45 minute call during normal working hours. Do yourself a favor a call someone else.

PAC Plumbing Technician Robert Dorta Was Awesome - Robert Dorta the technician, did an amazing job!!! When I called PAC I was patched into Robert Dorta (it was Super Bowl Sunday) and had water pouring through my kitchen ceiling, knew I had broken pipes. Robert Dorta was awesome, first thing he asked me to do was Facetime so he could show me how to shut off my main valve to stop the water, from there - on Super Bowl Sunday, he came to us fairly quickly, found my broken pipes and fixed them. In One Visit!!! My husband and I couldn't get over how great he was at opening the ceilings and found the broken pipe in my daughter's bedroom. He was fast, thorough, did clean work and I can't recommend this guy enough. Completely blown away that from the moment it happened, he guided us and got us through it so fast. I can't recommend him enough.

PAC plumbing installed a new gas back up generator at my home. They provided a turn key operation including the architect, electrician, and they did the plumbing they even provided a concrete pad. All I had to do was be home to let them in and pay. The price was a little more than other contractors who suggested I hire my own subs and do all the leg work myself
I would gladly pay a few extra bucks and let them handle it all. I love my generator and have peace of mind if a blackout should occur

Thanks guys
