They came out and did nothing. Told us we would have to replace all the pipes under the house, needed to replace the toilet. The toilet would not drain correctly, they did use their snake after my husband convinced them to. We replaced the toilet, which did not work, had another plumber come out and there was roots in the clean out. They did not even check this. Charged WAY TOO MUCH MONEY for nothing. Would give a 1/2 star if possible.

Called this company on the phone and happily they answered on the first try. Talked to a guy who said he could respond quickly to my issue. While on the phone I asked for an estimate of what the service call would cost. He told me that it is normally $85 an hour, but since I had already had the part, and as long as it didn't take very long, I would probably wouldn't have to pay that much. I was at work, and he did show up relatively quickly to my house. My family members said he was there about 5 minutes and fixed the issue. After leaving my family called and said he charged me $85 for the visit. Wow!! Complete rip off. Took advantage of the fact I wasn't home, and prayed upon my family members. Upon hearing this charge, I called the company back, and asked the guy, why did you charge me the full $85 for 5 minutes of work. He proceeded to tell me, that I misunderstood him, and that is the charge for the anytime up to an hour. Guy lied! Pretty sure will not be calling this company again. Took advantage of my absence. I realize, you did come out and some charge should come with a service call, but full charge for 5 minutes. Should be some decency in this world.
