They are amazingly responsive, and so so nice!! My heater had been on the fritz for so long and with all the snow i knew was coming i was getting worried. They fixed it so quickly (they were able to come out the same day i called!) and made it such a great process. i HIGHLY recommend them!!

I moved to Fayetteville about a year ago and I wasn't familiar with any HVAC companies. I needed a new unit for my house in the historic district (older home). I called a couple of companies and they were ok but not impressive. I called the Ozark Mountain Air and spoke with Jason. He diagnosed the problem immediately and the unit he installed was absolutely awesome. Since then I have installed 4 more unites for my house and garage and been very happy. I will not consult with anyone but Jason from Ozark Mountain Air.
