I'm thankful to have a local company like Oxford Plumbing and Heating in the area to address those needs. We've only used them for heating and air conditioning though as we have another excellent plumber.

When we see our usual tech Jose, we know that he will be thorough and will not try to upsell us something that we don't need.

I wouldn't use this company if I didn't have to. They arrived to do the annual check of our boiler furnace in the basement and it was cracked and leaking and needed to be repaired. It had to be shut off immediately due to the threat of carbon monoxide they said. They left and said they would check to see if it was covered by warranty. Yes it was they said but could not do the repair for at least a week. Its 32 degrees at night and we were going away in four days for Thanksgiving. No heat in our house for over a week with freezing temperatures. They really left us in the lurch. We had to scramble and find another company who would help us. Now we have a new plumbing and heating service provider - Daryl Barber & Sons. Oxford Plumbing couldn't have cared less about our situation. They said ""you aren't the only people with a problem like this."" Very unprofessional company.

I just had my heater and air conditioning systems replaced by OPH. The technicians did an excellent job, as usual. They are clean, professional, polite, and care about the condition of your home. The crew that came to my house accomplished the job in six hours.

I have used OPH for the last 15 years. I won't call any other plumbing service because I know that no other company can compare in service, response time or price.

These guys are five stars all the way. I hope that each team member who worked on my installation receives a raise.

Firstly, let me say I have no beef with the ""H"" part of OPH; they have been prompt, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. However, the ""P"" part has given me cause for irritation. The cost for my scheduled maintenance for the water conditioner has increased, in 3 visits, from $200, to $300 to $500 in 4 years. They claim it is based on number of hours taken, but how can the same routine job essentially vary that much!
