I contacted them Friday afternoon because my water softener had imploded causing all my pipes to get backed up.. His team was here within 2 hours and had the problem under control. They came back the next morning to replace all the hardware that had been damaged, and didn't leave until the job was 100% finished. Including installing a new water softener. Erik was super nice and extremely knowledgeable. I think I've found my new family plumber

We called Eric around Christmas 2023. Despite busy holiday season, he came out and looked at our shower handle which had broken off. Other plumbers had told us that extensive repairs were required and quoted us thousands of dollars. Eric was honest and did the repairs in under $300. We recently had another issue, and Eric dropped by the same day. He is very reasonable, willing to work with peoples budgets, and stands behind his work. I plan on using Eric for all my plumbing needs going forward and rely on his referrals for other maintenance work around my house. If you're looking for an honest person for your plumbing needs, who is going to tell you what you need and charge you fairly, is willing to accommodate your schedule and emergencies, then Eric is your man. I highly recommend Ox Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. When I discovered that I had a water leak, I called Ox Plumbing and the gentleman was able to diagnose and repair the leak very quickly. I also appreciated the fact that he didn't try to oversell anything, he repaired the leak in the most cost efficient manner. A business with this type of efficiency and ethics is not easy to find!
