My old hot water heater started leaking after 18 years, so I figured it was time to replace it. After much searching online for a licensed plumber, I narrowed it down to Owl and a few others. (Beware: Not all plumbers on Yelp are actually licensed by the City of New York!) I set up an appointment the day before and they actually came a little earlier than scheduled, which was a pleasant surprise. They told me it'd take about 2 hours from start to finish and that's how it went. They also took away the old heater, rather than leaving it on the curb for the garbage men to pick up. This is a family-owned local business that's been around a long time and I will use them again.

My family has done business with Owl Plumbing for over 40 years, now if 40 years doesn't speak for itself, I don't know what does. Charles and his team are reliable and the costs are reasonable. They also put in a new boiler for us and did it in 2 days. In cases of emergencies, they are quick and have been able to resolve the issue in a day or two at he most. I highly recommend Owl Plumbing to anyone who needs reliable service. They are a great bunch of guys.
