Andy came out and did the service and he was exceptional!
Very friendly and nice! You cannot drive right up to our septic lids and there was no extra charged for the added feet.

Owens & Sons Inc transformed an incredibly inconvenient and stressful situation into a more than pleasant experience. We called them immediately when we noticed a small leak from the toilet and checked our crawl space to find standing water. They picked up the phone immediately and told us their emergent rates (which are more than reasonable) so that there were no surprises. In our stress, we opted to look further into the issue before calling them out. Owens and Sons must have noticed our stress because they called back to make sure we were okay and we asked them to please come out. Once here it was apparent that they are incredibly knowledgeable in their practice. They quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem, went above and beyond to search to find our outside drain to keep us from having to take out a toilet when the original owners had hidden it behind a bush.
They not only fixed the problem, but stuck around to make sure the clog was fixed by having us run water to ensure nothing went wrong again and even turned around to help us to replace our water cover when they noticed we were struggling to replace it before they left. They gave us additional peace of mind by ensuring our satisfaction with their 30 day warranty. We would 100% recommend them and will be keeping their card in case of any problems with this or any problem in Mesa county. Thanks again!
