J, E L.Overpriced, and heavily pressured into purchasing parts for over twice the amount I could have ordered myself, and had them there in two days. Left us without water for a month. I feel price gouged, and pressured to purchase items immediately, only to have them delay the installation for weeks. Not cool, maybe not legal. Would not even give invoices for items to me, the consumer which purchased the items not from them, but through them by a third party with my credit card.
