I recently had a heating pipe leaking in my living room. I called Owens at 7:30 a.m.; they answered, and even offered to set up the appointment with the regular-hours office so I wouldn't have to call again. The repairman came, fixed my pipe, and wrote up the bill. It seemed high, and the repairman agreed to ask his boss if it could be lowered. Sure enough, they did lower the bill! Thank you, Owens!
