Terrible service. i am writing this to explain a recent experience with company. This company was referred to me b/c they provided satisfactory service to a co-worker of mine. i pre-arranged a meeting 3 days in advance to come to look at a leak in my basement on a Friday. Informed them i can't use my kitchen/washer because of the leakage. We pre-set the date for Friday after 1pm to come over. I took half day off from work. i called them back on friday at 3 pm (day of) b/c I still hadn't heard from them. they never called me the rest of the day or even over the weekend to let me know status, an explanation or even ask me how my situation. i thought pre-setting a date 3 days in advance on a friday would help them but i guess that was not the case. so needless to say i didn't have a good experience with them. I won't be calling them a 3rd time or next time. and won't refer them to anyone. luckily i was able to find another reliable plumber that stopped what he was doing (at a store) and came over to help assess/ my situation. this company will be the one i refer if someone asks me for my referral. i rec'd call this morning 3 days after when i really needed the service. i believe is all writing about the experience you receive or don't receive with a service / restaurant or any other establishment. thank you

Called this company first for an estimate for my parents business and left my contact with office personnel. Was told to expect a call back shortly, three days later, no call. Realize that it's a busy time for plumbers but but to not respond is inexcusable. Will not use ever.

many of us had a burst pipe from this arctic weather but Dunigan handled like an uncaring and very unprofessional business.
I called first thing Monday morning and the lady was very rude...said we were on a 'list' and when I asked it is a list that is 20 people long or 200 people long she rudely quipped: ""it's long, ok.....""
I care for 2 elderly people and Dunigan never called back....In times of desperation THEY ARE TERRIBLE.....will never say a kind word about them and just used another plumber who was great....

Got main stack replaced in basement. I dont know anything about plumbing but looks good to me. Reasonable price and very quick.

Overall the water heater replacement experience leave a lot to be desired.
The plumbing guy came in and was looking in closets searching for things, even though the electric heater was in the basement and power supply/circuit breaker was in the garage as well. Not a word or request to the owner, he was wandering in the kitchen, even to the extent of opening closets, this was super weird.

Do yourself a favor and call these guys first. I called these guys for a quasi emergency on Sunday night. They were able to come out quick and had the part I needed. The work was done quickly, correctly, and was much cheaper than what I was expecting. Had them come out again for some maintenance and I had the same experience. Ryan is amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I pretty much don't want anyone to touch my boiler other than Ryan! My only gripe, if I recall correctly, is that they don't have an answering machine. You either call during the day and get staff or you call after hours and get a message to call the emergency line. No way to leave a message for the company after hours.

I have been using Dunigan for years. I have found them to be professional, courteous and fairly priced. Most recently, they installed an A.O. Smith water heater in my home. The installation was nice and neat. Removal of the old unit and cleanup was thorough. I could not be happier. I would not hesitate to recommend Dunigan for any plumbing job.

I don't know exactly how long my family has been calling these guys, but it's easily been decades if not the greater part of a century. We know when you have a plumbing or heating problem, you call Dunigan. Their staff is extremely professional and any time they've done work, they left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. I recently had them replace my steam boiler and hot water heater as well as run a natural gas line to the back yard for a grill. Received a few quotes from other contractors and not only were they the lowest, but they did a very tidy job. The office staff is also very helpful and explained to me exactly what the process was, when I had to get inspections and so on. I've also (unfortunately) had them come out a few times for emergency work and they arrive quickly and take care of business.
