TERRIBLE! OVERCHARGED! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My elderly mother who lives with us used Angi's list to find a plumber because the toilets wouldn't flush and my husband and I were at work. Owen Plumbing contacted my mom and said they have someone in the area. We live in a very rural area. It took several hours before someone arrived. We were home by the time he showed up. He ran a snake down the main line. It took all of 5mins. Total of 15mins that he was here. The service guy called someone to ask how much to charge me. $378 was the total. I asked why so much? He said he didn't know maybe it was because we are so far out. Remember, the guy said someone was already in the area before hand. Two days later we have the same problem again. So it's not even fixed. When my husband called the man was very rude and said that was a flat rate they charge and that they would not come back out without charging more money. If it is a flat rate then why did he have to call to ask his boss how much to charge me and why in the world would you not inform someone of that kind of rate BEFORE you do the job Or make the trip out there? Had I known that was a flat rate I would have NEVER used them.

Robert was able to replace my 17 year old water heater with a brand new AO Smith. The price for the replacement was great and there were no issues with the quick replacement. He also taught me how to adjust temperature on it.

Bobby and his staff were very professional, respectfully, and knowledgeable. We had a leak in garage , and he replaced the line. He informed us of every step and I really appreciate him taking the time to make sure we understood. Thanks for taking care of our home, I would recommend Owens Plumbing to anyone.

Overall happy with the service and will use again if I need a plumber. I had a leak in my kitchen and they came out right away and fixed it for a reasonable price.
