Friendly service and they correctly diagnosed the issues with my tankless water heater. I had some questions after the repairs were made so I asked for the technician to call me back but I never received a callback.

We have used Owen exclusively for years! We have them do our inspections for our water heater and they have done repairs many times for us with plumbing under our pier and beam house. They are excellent, professional and reliable. I would never call anyone else. Judi

We had Owen Plumbing come out to an apartment community we recently purchased in Corpus Christi. We wanted them to scope all the sewer lines and give us a proposal to repair any problems found. They took much longer than they estimated to do the work which had the bill more than double for the initial scoping of the sewer lines.
After Owen Plumbing did all of this, they told me they would need to visit again and bill us for additional time to create an estimate. After objecting they said they could get us an estimate, but after multiple emails and over the last month they still will not send us a proposal.
There is no shortage of plumbing companies in the area so please avoid Owen Plumbing. They are dishonest and ultimately do not want to do the work.

Absolute waste of time for any job. The lady I spoke too was so focused on what she knew and talking that she never let me ask questions. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. She made assurances based on her "40" years and would not listen to my concerns and guess what she was wrong. Shocking how some people won't take the time to just listen. Call any other plumber and you will be glad you missed this one.

I don't usually write reviews even when a company does a poor job. However, Owen Plumbing in Corpus Christi did such an exceptionally TERRIBLE job I felt like saying something. They were suppose to come out and unclog a sewer line. The plumber unclogged the line just enough to get the water to drain, flooded the toilet so badly that went from the bathroom to the bedroom through the closet and all the way through the garage and and got toilet water on my fiancé's wedding dress and ruined a pair of $600 alligator boots. Then said the " the line is barely draining and will clog again" and left. I called the company to ask them to come out and finish the job correctly and the manager Peggy would not let me talk; she tried to talk louder and faster every time I would talk like what you would expect from a small child who did not get their way. So as he said the pipe was clogged again in a few days. I'm not a plumber but unclogging a pipe is not rocket science. So I had to take time off from work to dig the pipe up and unclogged it like they should have done. Long story short, I highly recommend you find literally anyone else to do the job. Very poor service all the way around.

Josh came by to fix a plumbing issue (obviously) in my kitchen and I don't think I've a more pleasant experience! Made me feel like I was back at Chick-fil-a. He was super friendly the moment he walked in my house until he walked out. Fixed the issue and also cleaned up any mess he made. Totally would recommend these guys to anyone!!

Horrible customer service! I have a home warranty that referred me to them to get work done on my hot water heater. I called first thing Monday morning to schedule an appointment because I have no hot water. They scheduled me for Tuesday afternoon. Around 4pm on Tuesday they had not shown up so I called to confirm they were still coming. I was informed that my appt. was canceled. I asked why was it canceled and they couldn't tell me. I advised them that I blocked off my entire afternoon from work and I needed my appt. They said they didn't have anything available until Friday. In the mean time I'm pregnant with no hot water and its cold outside. I told them I needed something sooner and it wasn't my fault that they canceled my appt. The girl put another person on the phone who continued to tell me about their staffing issues and overbooking... not my problem. I know mistakes happen but I expect them to take accountability for their mistake and try to fix it. I would have been ok if they tried to reschedule for the next morning but not several days later. I would never recommend this company. They are unreliable!!! I went with another company that was eager to have my business.

Although courteous , this company can't punch its way out of a paper bag . Home owners insurance locked me into them and insisted since they started , they know the problem and let them finish . Enough was enough , after 3 appearances , 30 DAYS from beginning of job and hundreds of gallons leaked , I convinced the insurance company that Owens just can't handle the job . The problem ? One leaking faucet ! Bestex Plumbing took over and fixed the problem in 20 minutes . If you are in Corpus Christi , stay away from Owens !

Diagnosed a leak in bathroom as behind shower wall. They carelessly tore out several tiles & cracked a few more. They replaced the L just behind the nipple of the spout. That cost was $150. Had to hire tile people to replace broken tiles; that cost was $250. At that time I discovered that the problem had been a broken spout. Cost to replace the spout was $6. They obviously don't know what they are doing. I would never use them again. Also, customer service was very shoddy.
