I cannot say enough praises to Owen Plumbing, from the lovely lady that answered the telephone to the young gentleman that came to my condo to the rescue. Owen Plumbing went above and beyond to assist me in my dilemma of no hot water. They truly care about their customers and it is obvious in the way they carry and portray themselves. Human kindness and respect is still to be found, and that is exactly what I received dealing with Owen Plumbing.

Owen Plumbing did really sloppy work for us. When they installed new fixtures in our new shower, they didn't line them up. Now everytime I get in the shower I look at the visibly misaligned faucets (by about 3/8 of an inch) and think how nobody should use Owen Plumbing.

I bought two toilets from Lowe's and paid for their installer, Kepco, to do the work. There is not enough room here to detail the bad stuff that followed, but they tried to upcharge $787 for addition flanges and valves. After asking them to leave I called Owen Plumbing, and Lindsay and Scott both talked me off the ledge.
They gave me a two hour window, called me the day before, and Pete showed up on time. He was pleasant, competent and completed the job at the pre agreed price.
It is unheard of for a plumber to have five stars across the board, but they earn every one of them for their professionalism, honesty and dependability.

Great company to do business with! The reviews I read were true that there was no up-selling. In fact Scott actually saved me $100.00 by letting me know that we could have the old tub hauled away for free by just calling Republic Services. We had a new bathtub installed and the job came out perfect! The plumbers were professional, courteous, clean and arrived on time. Owens Plumbing is now my go to plumbing company for both my home and my business. My old plumber lost my trust by quoting 3 times the price that Owens charged.

Honest company, no up-selling, quick response, on time, knowledgeable, fast, but great quality work. And if that isn't enough they are courteous, and have great customer service. Jorge is the best! I have used them twice and couldn't be more pleased. This isn't a review from the 1950s - there actually is a company who operates with integrity and professionalism in 2018- Owen's Plumbing.

I dropped something down the kitchen sink and wanted to retrieve it. I called Owen Plumbing the next day to see if someone could come out. They were busy and told me that they could have someone come out between 3 and 5 pm. I had a doctor's appointment at that time, the staff was very understanding, and told me that the owner would be coming out within 20 minutes.The owner come to our home and checked out the pipes under the sink, but the item I was looking to retrieve was already gone. They did not charge me any fee to come out, which was very nice of them. I have used Owen Plumbing in the past and will use them again. They are reliable, honest, and prompt. Great service!

I love these guys! This past Sunday our kitchen sinks were backed up on both sides. I called Owen Plumbing (as I do for all of our plumbing needs). Scott called me back very quickly and let me know when I could expect the technician. Cole showed up even earlier than I expected and got to work right away, troubleshooting the problem and unclogged the drains. He kept us informed of the progress and asked pertinent questions as needed. Cole was professional, knowledgeable, polite, neat and clean. I highly recommend Owen Plumbing for any plumbing issues.
