I've had Owen Plumbing bookmarked for a long time thanks to the high marks given to them by my Yelper pals Chris D. and Les S. Recently, after what turned out to be an incorrect assessment by another plumber (long story), I called Owen Plumbing out to run a camera down our home drainage pipe to check to make certain it wasn't cracked or broken. Luckily it was perfectly fine.

I was impressed with their service so made another appointment to have my main water shut off valve (which had frozen up) and pressure regulator replaced. Once again the technician arrived on time (the office even gives a call when they are en route), the work was done quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable fee, and I was a happy customer.

It was easy to make appointments and their courtesy calls emphasize their commitment to superior customer service. The plumbers are polite and professional. They expertly know their trade and have gained my trust! This is the only company I will call for plumbing services from now on.

What can I say, other than I highly recommend Owen Plumbing. The owner, Scott first visited and planned out running a new gas line at my house. Their office was friendly and responsive when scheduling the work. The two techs who completed the job were on time, organized and I could tell took quality seriously. This company is obviously very experienced and cares about customer service.

I've used Owen Plumbing a few times now over the past 3 years. They did the rough-in and installed the fixtures for my masterbath remodel 2 years and also replaced my water heater recently. The quality of work and the fact they stand behind their workmanship is a huge plus for me!

Scott the owner along with his technicians David and Jorge (and the entire team) are all amazing. Due to a misunderstanding on my part, Scott was gracious enough to still complete the repairs for me.

Owen Plumbing came highly recommended by my HOA, so I reached out to them to fix a main line plumbing leak that American Home Shield and all of its shady contractors was completely unresponsive and doing the runaround on.

Owen Plumbing is such a breath of fresh air. The receptionist actually answers the phone and is super pleasant. After a quick description of the issue, she connected me with Scott Owen directly, who was actually available.

Appointment booked for the next day, the tech gave us a heads-up he was on his way within the 2 hour window, and bam, only a day after initial contact, the job was done, unlike 2 WEEKS of run around from AHS and its two plumbers for what is a straightforward repair/replacement.

Work with the pros that care about quality service like Owen Plumbing instead of wasting your time and money with AHS. The job will get done faster and better, and you won't have wasted the $$$ and more importantly TIME having to chase after knuckleheads.
