Updating review to say that the tech showed up an hour after I called, and was able to repair the leak in a little over an hour. Labor and parts for a last minute emergency call on a Sunday morning came out to $300. $300 well spent.

These guys know what they're doing.
1. They repaired a leaking water pipe that was saturating the soil around my house, causing it to seep into the crawlspace.
2. They re-routed our laundry dryer lint pipe to exit on the outside of the house. (Unbeknownst to me, it was simply being flushed into our crawlspace, which is a huge fire hazard. Scott Owen discovered this during his investigation of the leak problem.)
3. They re-routed our air conditioning condensation to properly and efficiently exit into an existing drainpipe. (It was previously exiting into a bucket with a sump pump, which was a constant source of worry for us.)
4. They installed a new water heater.
5. They replaced broken/loose ABS drainage pipes under our home.

Rodney and Angel were very professional and answered all of my questions. All of our plumbing worries have been put to rest.

Amazing Company! From Lindsay on the phone to David and Jorge onsite! I have had Owen plumbing out multiple times to fix issues in my bathrooms. Communication, attention to detail, and a discussion on parts & costs from Lindsay made the onsite visits much more efficient. Both David and Jorge were courteous, personable, and very knowledgeable. They explained and showed me what they were going to do and why. They were very open and honest in their approach which I appreciated! I highly recommend Owen Plumbing!

I had an emergency plumbing issue and I went down list of local plumbers on a Sunday. Owner answered and had someone out within an hour. Good communication on what to expect. David was the plumber to come in and it was a very good experience.

Often times for businesses, it's difficult for the owner to hire people that have the same level of customer service. David seemed to genuinely care about providing good service. I asked a side question about my pressure regulator and he took time to take a quick look.

I will be calling to get estimate on replacing my pressure regulator as my first experience with Owen Plumbing has been good.

I've had Owen plumbing come to two separate places that I've owned. They were the plumber hired by the GC for two bathroom renovations, and their work was great. Then when I moved to a house I had them come change all the angle stops due to one stop under the sink blasting water while I attempted to turn it off.

I won't hesitate to call them if I should experience any issues with my plumbing.

Owen Plumbing provides outstanding service
I've hired Owen Plumbing six or so times in 2019-2020 to clear drains at 2 houses & to install a 2-way main drain cleanout. Several different Owen plumbers have done the work & all were top-notch - friendly, professional, arrived on-time & charged what they quoted. Lynnsey answers the phone & schedules appointments - she is also friendly & professional.
In Feb 2019 Owen Plumbing installed a valve under a sink & I wrote them a 5-star review.
I plan to continuing hiring Owen Plumbing for my plumbing work & highly recommend them.
