I purchased my Hydro Systems Whirlpool tub from Faucets and Fixtures (Orange) and had it installed by Owen Plumbing. We had a minor issue that could have been a problem but it was solved with concern and grace! I would confidently refer these companies and would most certainly use them again without hesitation. They are knowledgeable, ethical, thoughtful, and professionable. Can't ask for anything better!

This review is strictly for the customer service and integrity of Scott Owen, the owner of Owen Plumbing.

I woke up this morning to a flooded kitchen that extended to the entry hallway , dining room and garage. Scott Owen of Owen Plumbing took the time to FaceTime me and walk me through what was going on and how to mitigate damage to my home while also giving me insight on how the industry works.

He did all this and presented all options (even ones that would lead me to another company). I am happy with the level of integrity and customer service he provided.

Owen plumbing came today to unplug my slow draining sink. I called in the morning around 8:15 and they said someone would be there between 2 to 4. They called back at 12:15 and said if it was okay the Technician would be there in about 30 minutes. Great I said and he was here within 30 minutes. The Technicians name was Pete and he went right to work. But first he put on some shoe covers which I let him know that was not necessary in my house. Pete was super nice and took extra measures so he wouldn't make a mess. He didn't try to up sale me with some Hydro-Jet cleaner BS or anything else. Thank you Pete and Owen Plumbing for doing such a great Job.

We have a large plumbing job. Two previous plumbers told us the job was too complicated and expensive and both passed. Owen Plumbing came in and looked over the job. He then explained what he needed to do and ordered the parts on the spot. He saved me $10k.

Plus they are always on time and very reasonable. We have never had such great service or information with other plumbers. This is why we will only call Owen Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. No one wants to hear the sound of water in the walls (or in our case, the ceiling). The sheer sense of dread that comes over you as your mind thinks about all of the things that might be going on behind the drywall, the last thing you want to be doing is wondering if you called the right/good plumber. We had used another company several times in the past, so it seemed like a no-brainer to call them again. This was also not our first time at the rodeo with regards to a leak in the ceiling/wall. Of course, it happened on a Sunday, but hey...you can't let a leak keep on leaking just because there is a football playoff game going on. So, yes, we paid the other company's emergency fee and felt comfortable that things would get fixed. Unfortunately, that other company sent a (very nice) tech who wanted to mansplain that we must have been hearing the upstairs toilet running, not a leak. Long story short, we were left paying the emergency call out fee with really nothing to show for it - the leak continued. After asking around, we got a couple of great referrals for Owen Plumbing. We called and made an appointment (super nice staff on the phone - thank you Michelle!) to get someone out as soon as possible. We met David at the house and that guy was a Top Notch Pro! He worked quickly and efficiently, found the leak immediately, and had it fixed fast! He kept everything covered/clean and was completely professional and informative. I could tell that David knew what he was doing and was also nice enough to take the time to answer all of our questions (without any mansplaining). Owen Plumbing is the way to go for reasonable pricing and professional work. Highly recommended!

We were told our plumber would be here today to do some work prior to our city inspection. I called to confirm and they said he would be in between 9 and 11 am. They then called back to say he could not be in until tomorrow afternoon (our inspection is scheduled for the morning).

I said, ""I need to talk to him for a minute to make sure he has already done what he needs to do for the inspection.""

Their answer: ""No. We'll leave him a note and he should call back at the end of the day.""

He was supposed to be here but didn't show. I wanted to talk to him for 1 minute and was told that was impossible.

I am not impressed and would not recommend working with a company that provides this level of service.

That being said, the plumber himself was a pleasure to work with. He is just doing what he is told to do.
