What can I say, other than I highly recommend Owen Plumbing. The owner, Scott first visited and planned out running a new gas line at my house. Their office was friendly and responsive when scheduling the work. The two techs who completed the job were on time, organized and I could tell took quality seriously. This company is obviously very experienced and cares about customer service.

I've used Owen Plumbing a few times now over the past 3 years. They did the rough-in and installed the fixtures for my masterbath remodel 2 years and also replaced my water heater recently. The quality of work and the fact they stand behind their workmanship is a huge plus for me!

Scott the owner along with his technicians David and Jorge (and the entire team) are all amazing. Due to a misunderstanding on my part, Scott was gracious enough to still complete the repairs for me.

A good plumbing company is hard to find and Owen Plumbings 5 Stars are well deserved!

Owen Plumbing came highly recommended by my HOA, so I reached out to them to fix a main line plumbing leak that American Home Shield and all of its shady contractors was completely unresponsive and doing the runaround on.

Owen Plumbing is such a breath of fresh air. The receptionist actually answers the phone and is super pleasant. After a quick description of the issue, she connected me with Scott Owen directly, who was actually available.

Appointment booked for the next day, the tech gave us a heads-up he was on his way within the 2 hour window, and bam, only a day after initial contact, the job was done, unlike 2 WEEKS of run around from AHS and its two plumbers for what is a straightforward repair/replacement.

Work with the pros that care about quality service like Owen Plumbing instead of wasting your time and money with AHS. The job will get done faster and better, and you won't have wasted the $$$ and more importantly TIME having to chase after knuckleheads.

I had a broken water heater. When the technician arrived the problem was not readily apparent. But he tried various things to solve the problem and I have hot water again!! I waited a couple of weeks to post this to make sure the problem was in fact solved and it was. I have enjoyed hot water every day since he made the repairs! Thank you!

I noticed a large water spot outside my garage few days ago after running my washer. I thought I had an expensive problem at hand because it looked like there was a broken drain line by my washer. Scott (owner) came by to assess the situation, and immediately figured out what the problem was based on the photo and my description. He said it's just condensation from running the dryer and have nothing to do with the drain line. What a relief. I'm glad he was honest, and didn't charge me anything for the service call. I felt bad he had to drive all the way out to my house for nothing,. Just to give this place some business, I scheduled for drain cleaning next week.

I would definitely call this place in the future for plumbing needs.

Contacted Owen's plumbing for a water softener system after reading the reviews here on yelp. Scott was very helpful on making my decision easy. Scheduled the install and they arrived promptly and did a fantastic job adding a water softener and brine tank to my existing water filtration system.

If you don't have a water softer. Go get one!

What a huge difference. Cleaner dishes, softer clothes, spotless glass in showers to name a few.

While here, they serviced my tankless water heaters and installed some faucets. Fantastic job by them and will continue to use this company!

This review is long overdue. Owen Plumbing has been my go to contractor for various plumbing projects over the years, from shower cartridge replacement to water softener installation. About 6 months ago they installed a RO system that has just been fantastic. At a new property they installed a Falsken water softener. The owner, administration professionals, and technicians are all helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly transparent. When you work with Owen Plumbing there are no surprises and no pressure for unnecessary work. The quality of all my repairs and installations has been consistent and long lasting (granted maintenance and owner care is a factor). Pricing is fair - it's transparent and commensurate with good quality work.

Above and beyond service - When I purchased a new property the owner took the time to walkthrough the house and provided perspective on benefits/pros/cons of some of the recommendations post home inspection, and helped prioritize what really needed to be done. I highly recommend Owen Plumbing if you are looking for high quality and a reliable, trustworthy team.

Needed service for my sink that was draining slow and to have someone check my water heater that had the outside tube dripping water . Pete arrived early which was nice. He fixed my kitchen drain problem promptly. I asked him to diagnose my water heater about the leak ( I'm no expert ) I wanted to see if it was something he could take care of and not have me worry it was a huge problem and having to call my homeowner insurance company. He quoted me right away and luckily had the correct part in his truck . Knocked out 2 birds with one stone! I've used Owen Plumbing before for my drain needs , and it's my first go to company . I gave my review 4 stars, but only because they were short staffed ( down 2 ppl) and had to book a week away . The service was just in time though, as the kitchen drain was backing up with water.
