They didn't show up when they said they would (4 hour window) and came on a day we expictly told them we would not be home all day and let themselves in. I only happened to be there because I had gotten sick and stayed home.

This small ""company ""operates out of the Owen County area and help service Lowe's installations. Scheduled four, four hour blocks of time to come out to work as well as a 3 1/2 block and never showed up during those hours. Claims he has just too much work to be able to keep to a schedule. Installed the door for me late one evening, well after the scheduled time. He failed to seal the door properly at the bottom so that air and water would stay out. The crack was over a quarter of an inch. He'll call you buddy all day long, but does not deliver as promised.
