I normally don't write reviews and if I do then majority of time are good rewievs. This one took everything out of me. I called and asked if they do estimates for plumbing. The """"lady""""s ( never gave me her name) responds was that they are very busy for the next few weeks ( understandable) and they are short handed because nobody wants a job. My respond was ( in a funny way) """" wow really?"""" And she said"""" yeah"""" in a really nasty tone. Before I could say anything , for example, that I can wait and call back for an appointment because I was not really in a hurry , she hung up the phone. When I tried to call back the phone was ringing forever and went to voicemail. I will not recommend this company to any of my friends

I had a plumbing emergency and called this company and got an appointment later in the day (between 3-6pm). I called later that day to confirm they were coming out, as we really needed help, and was assured they were coming out. As time past I called again to see where they were and got their answering machine stating they were no longer around. I spent all day waiting for them and they never showed and never returned my calls, even the next day after I left a very detailed message for them. I will never call them again, very unprofessional
