These guys are amazing. We had a back up on the mainline Saturday night at 8pm. I called a few of the ""usual guys"" and got no answer. Not here. Picked up right away and was here in less than an hour. Diagnosed the problem quickly and made quick work of the issue. We live in an older house and they took their time to really make sure the clog was clear. Not to mention helping us to prevent the issues again with some toilet repairs while here. Can't recommend enough! We know exactly who to call the next time around. Thanks again for your work!!!

Had an issue with our shower where it sounded like running water behind the shower wall, and it quickly turned into an emergency as we noticed water leaking on the shower floor. I was able to get ahold of Diego from Overtime Plumbing after I noticed the leak and he was able to respond to our home within an hour. He was able to identify the issue and provided his professional opinion about the repair. He was professional, courteous, responsive and very fair. The repair was done quickly and in a professional manner. Definitely going to use him and his team for future repairs/projects.

If I could leave 10 stars I would! The owner Diego was so incredible!!!!!! I mistaken clogged the drain with some tea leaves and it was a bad one! We hadn't washed dishes in a day and our house was a mess. Diego sent someone over to our house immediately on a Saturday afternoon and completely understood my panic. The plumber he sent was so patient, friendly and kind. He worked insanely hard to fix the crazy clog I created. He made sure to clean up the crazy mess that the clog created. I don't know why they don't have hundreds of reviews because of their service and expertise is amazing.They knew exactly what to do to fix my crazy clog and were the utmost professional. We'd still be sitting a pile of dishes and takeout without Overtime Plumbing.
Also- I called a ton of people and no one tried to fit me or gave me as good service. Overtime plumbing will forever be in my contact list and I will suggest them to everyone I know. Thanks for saving the day!

I highly recommend these guys. I had a plumbing emergency and they came to the rescue when other plumbers were too busy or would take too long. If I can give more stars to Diego and the guys with Overtime Plumbing I would. This morning my parents had a water pipe emergency causing water to flood their planters and over. What made it worst was I couldn't shut off the main water line and had to call the city to come out and shut it off and they ended replacing the valve. During that time, Diego inspected the problem and gave me options. I listened to the options that he was able to provide. I wanted to do it right based on Diego recommendation he drew up the estimate. Once agree to the pricing he went out to get the materials needed and came back to start working. Diego mentioned he would have the job done in one day, granted he came in at 10am as an emergency call from me and I was skeptical when around 5pm. My mom called me at 6:30 to tell me that they were done, I was actually thinking that no they will need to come back and finish but no, they actually i finished and just cleaning up. I was truly amazed on how efficient the team was. Diego was always respectful and stayed professional. Being in the customer service industry I was truly impressed and it's very hard to find people with those skills. Thank you to Diego and the team again!
