I have finally found a reliable and reasonable plumbing company. Let me start by clarifying that ""Overtime"" has less to do with what they charge and more with the time they are willing to come. I had just had my entire house repiped using a different company that tried to charge me double after the work was done. So, when I needed to have the flush valve replaced and the water heater flushed I was recommended to Overtime and Diego. I told him I would need to make the appointment for 4pm and he said it would be fine and he could even come a bit later if needed. Then, when he knew he wouldn't be there on time due to another job, he immediately texted to give me an updated ETA. He was nice, honest, and professional. I will definitely call him back to brace the pipes the original plumbing company did not!

1000% recommend! Needed an emergency plumbing service late last night. Diego was extremely nice and understanding. He arrived 30 minutes after our phone call and got the job done!! Diego came to fix a leak at my house within an hour of calling, and the prices were very reasonable. He also went above the call and fixed the main gate valve while his partner fixed the leak in the kitchen sink (for no extra charge, to help my elderly parents). We can count on this company for fast, friendly, and reliable service.

As a bonus, he and his partner also speak Spanish, so if you have a language barrier, he can speak Spanish too

These guys are amazing! Exceptional professional service. We had a plumbing emergency last night and they were here within 30min and took care of the problem in under an hour. I've used their services a couple of times already and impressed each time. They will definitely be our go to plumbing services and referring them to all my family and friends. I had a plumber in mind to clear a drain problem, but was waiting for a reply. In the meantime, the next door neighbor had Overtime plumbing fix something for them. I asked Diego for his details just in case. Am I glad I did! I set an appointment with my plumber, but the night before the drain completely blocked. As it was after 5:00 PM, I couldn't get a hold of my plumber, so called Diego. He just got home, but came to me immediately to clear the drain. Unfortunately, the main drain was blocked by a large root. After explaining everything to me (including educating me on different types of piping and their histories) we decided that a full replacement was probably the wisest thing to do. He came out with his crew and dug a trench roughly 30 feet long and then replaced the Orangeburg pipe with PVC. They completed the job quickly and efficiently that day. Really professional, friendly and economical. I will be sure to use them again and highly recommend them. I will copy and paste this review as it is long on another review site as well.

These boys get it done needed my toilet fixed asap and they came in 10 mins flat it was good, service was great, good response time, quick and easy fix, their value for the job and customers is astounding, and I recommend calling these guys when in need because I know I will.
