Diego came to fix a leak at my house within an hour of calling, and the prices were very reasonable. He also went above the call and fixed the main gate valve while his partner fixed the leak in the kitchen sink (for no extra charge, to help my elderly parents). We can count on this company for fast, friendly, and reliable service.

As a bonus, he and his partner also speak Spanish, so if you have a language barrier, he can speak Spanish too

I had a plumber in mind to clear a drain problem, but was waiting for a reply. In the meantime, the next door neighbor had Overtime plumbing fix something for them. I asked Diego for his details just in case. Am I glad I did! I set an appointment with my plumber, but the night before the drain completely blocked. As it was after 5:00 PM, I couldn't get a hold of my plumber, so called Diego. He just got home, but came to me immediately to clear the drain. Unfortunately, the main drain was blocked by a large root. After explaining everything to me (including educating me on different types of piping and their histories) we decided that a full replacement was probably the wisest thing to do. He came out with his crew and dug a trench roughly 30 feet long and then replaced the Orangeburg pipe with PVC. They completed the job quickly and efficiently that day. Really professional, friendly and economical. I will be sure to use them again and highly recommend them. I will copy and paste this review as it is long on another review site as well.

These guys are amazing. We had a back up on the mainline Saturday night at 8pm. I called a few of the ""usual guys"" and got no answer. Not here. Picked up right away and was here in less than an hour. Diagnosed the problem quickly and made quick work of the issue. We live in an older house and they took their time to really make sure the clog was clear. Not to mention helping us to prevent the issues again with some toilet repairs while here. Can't recommend enough! We know exactly who to call the next time around. Thanks again for your work!!!

Had an issue with our shower where it sounded like running water behind the shower wall, and it quickly turned into an emergency as we noticed water leaking on the shower floor. I was able to get ahold of Diego from Overtime Plumbing after I noticed the leak and he was able to respond to our home within an hour. He was able to identify the issue and provided his professional opinion about the repair. He was professional, courteous, responsive and very fair. The repair was done quickly and in a professional manner. Definitely going to use him and his team for future repairs/projects.
