Michelle L.Brian called me back promptly, arrived earlier than he said he would and fixed the toilet issue with no fuss. Great service and he takes all forms of electronic payment.
Katherine I.Woke up to no hot water in the shower on a very cold day. Thankfully Brian from Overstreet Plumbing was able to squeeze me in the same day. He repaired my shower and gave me some recommendations to extend the life of my shower. He wore a mask and foot covering the entire time he was inside my house. I highly recommend him for any plumbing issues you have.
Very skilled plumber with super fast service. Saved us in a broken pipe emergency. Highly recommend
We had used Overstreet Plumbing before. Brian had been very personable, explained things, and then did excellent work. We recently had trouble with our toilet not working right. We didn't hesitate, but called Overstreet Plumbing again. Brian replaced all sorts of parts that had fallen apart because of age, and also replaced a pipe. My husband thinks that the repaired toilet seems to work like it's brand-new. We definitely recommend Overstreet Plumbing.
Kim M.If you need a plumber who is reliable, does quality work and maintains a professional and positive work environment, look no further! I have been fortunate to have had Brian and his team do a number of repairs in and around my home over the years, and I found him by word-of-mouth. That is how much people enjoy working with him! I took my friends word and have never once been disappointed.
Brian always calls/texts me back and although I know he is very busy, he has never made me feel like I am less important no matter how small the job.
I trust Brian, I love working with him and his team (especially Gary), and I will never go to anyone else.
Thank you all at Overstreet Plumbing!
Jason S.Brian (owner) was very personable, polite, and professional. He was able to assess the issue with my hot water heater on the same day I called and had it repaired and working within an hour.
He clearly knows what he's doing and can be trusted.
We had Overstreet Plumbing replace our bathtub/shower fixtures in two bathrooms in our condo. Brian did a fantastic job, very pleasant, and worked hard and long to replace our bathtub/shower fixtures. They look terrific in our bathrooms. I would definitely recommend Overstreet Plumbing.
Sherri H.If you're looking for a plumber who is reasonable and stands by his work do NOT use Brian Overstreet. I was in the process of purchasing a condo but there was a leak that needed to be repaired in the master bath. The owners agreed to pay but I coordinated the work. Brian has worked in my building before and ordered a new faucet and handles assembly. I was on the phone when he arrived to install it and he did not show me the finish of the new set. When he was finished I looked at it and it was totally the wrong finish and didn't come close to matching the faucet at the other sink in the master! He NEVER should have installed what he ordered! His wife worked with Koehler and they ordered another finish they thought would match. His wife came with him to install it and she admitted it was still the wrong finish! They both said they were committed to making this right! I then decided to replace both faucets to ensure they matched. Current owners would pay for one and I would pay for one. Brian sent me to Ferguson's to find the faucets I wanted to use. When I called him to tell him which style to order he said he changed his mind. It wasn't his fault the wrong finish was ordered and he would not pay to order any more faucets! The first owners paid him because the leak was fixed but now I have 2 very different non-matching faucets and handles in my master bath and Brian won't stand by his work! I'm VERY dissatisfied and he was VERY rude to me on the phone. DON'T use Overstreet Plumbing!
I've had a hard time finding a reliable plumber, but I'm happy to say that Overstreet Plumbing came through for me. Within 40 minutes of submitting and email request to Overstreet on a Sunday morning, I had a response to set up next steps. A short time later, I received a call and Brian was fixing my leak that afternoon.
The work was quality and the price fair.
12/18: What luck! The sink started heavily leaking (read: running nonstop) the morning that I had family coming to town. After a self repair gone bad, Overstreet plumbing had everything sealed within a couple hours of my SOS call.
I had Overstreet Plumbing come out to fix a leaky valve under my kitchen sink, put in hot and cold shut off valves under the sink, and install a faucet that I had purchased. When Brian looked at the job, he suggested replacing the shut off valve for the ice maker as well, which he did. When he went to turn the main water supply back on the valve broke so he replaced that as well. He was on site for 3.5 hours. I estimate the cost of materials was between $150 and $200 (using Home Depot website). The total cost of the repairs was $800 so labor cost was between $600 and $650.
