Brian Overstreet and his team were extremely helpful when I came across an unfortunate situation. I bought a house with an existing leak in the main water line unknowingly. Receiving my first water bill is what lead to me investigating and determining it is likely the main water line. The issue was dealt with promptly and communication was great throughout the whole process. Brian spent a lot of time educating me and explaining the process to me over the phone and in person on the day of service. I felt completely trusting of him and his team and hope to use them for any plumbing issues I have going forward. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended by my neighbor but chauvinist, condescending and patronizing. I was ready pay whatever necessary to do the job right.... his disrespectful tone raised my eyebrows on the first call, but I assumed he had had a long day-- he called me well after hours (I get up at 4am for my own job), so I assumed he was tired. when next we spoke he was in full ""mansplain"" mode and gave me a lot of inaccurate BS about Delta faucets on build.com vs. big box stores saying the same faucet with the same part # that shipped direct from delta, was inferior. I don't know why I entertained employing this company's service after the first conversation-- but when he said ""I'm trying to educate you..."" about build.com vs big box... I decided to NEVER use this company. I am highly educated and respect those with technical expertise in other fields, but I will not tolerate such insulting treatment... I can pay many time more if I have to, but all I am looking for is quality expertise, fair pricing, and decent respectful treatment!

Brian first came out to fix the toilet in my master bath four years ago. We just moved into our home. He came recommended via a post I made on NextDoor. Fast forward to now - I had issues with the toilets in all three of my bathrooms. I could only remember Brian's first name but my first experience was so good, I had to find him. So, I scrolled back through posts - until I found him. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and so incredibly nice. I can't say enough good things about him. Simply the best. TLDR: A hidden gem that I will exclusively use for all future plumbing work

I called Overstreet Plumbing on a Sunday around 3:23pm after not being able to shut off my main water valve. I spoke with Mrs. Overstreet at who was very friendly and promptly notified Mr. Brian Overstreet of my issue. Brian called me at 3:44pm and helped explain the issue to me, some options, provided a price estimate, and offered to come out right away to replace the main valve. He was polite, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. I called him back at 3:55pm to confirm the project and he arrived very quickly at around 4:20pm. Throughout the whole project Brian was super friendly and he clearly knew his trade, working with great efficiency - his organization, cleanliness, and depth of knowledge of the plumbing trade inspired confidence in the repair. The work was completed in no more than an hour after his arriving at my house, changing what was a stressful situation when I called at 3:23pm to peace of mind and a new, perfectly installed main water valve in just 2 hours from time of first call, all at a reasonable price by my research of what this repair typically costs. I intend to use Overstreet plumbing for all my future plumbing needs, and will recommend Brian's business to everyone I know needing plumbing help. Call Brian, you will not regret it - this is local business at its absolute finest.

Our toilet was leaking through to the ceiling downstairs and for months I didn't realize that the problem was a simple fix the starter on the toilet wasn't shutting off the way. On a Monday morning from all days the entire bathroom floor was filled with water. I called Bryan (found him on small businesses on Yelp) and he responded that same day and instructed me to shut off the toilet until he got there. He came in the next morning promptly at the time frame he gave and fixed the problem and explained throughly what he was doing and how much it was going to cost me (no surprises)

Brian was fantastic. Called him on a Saturday afternoon and he was out at our place the next day. Very professional and an nice guy. Walked me through through the process of finding the leak and any options for applying a fix. He also gave some pointers to extend the life of my shower.
