I had a fantastic experience with Overland plumbing. Tyler did a great job from the initial consultation through the completion of the job and clean up. We needed a gas line extended into our back patio for a grill and firepit. He helped explain the options and answered all my questions. During the job he was professional and friendly. Patrick came almost immediately after I received a call from friendly receptionist Elena.
He replaced a P-trap and stand pipe for our washer.
When we found we also had a partially clogged drain, Patrick came the next day and wouldn't stop until it was cleared. He suggested the mini-hydrojet to clear the near-horizontal 3"" pipe under the house for longer-lasting results and there was a special on it. So we're all set now.

Rescheduled the appt that was on Monday to this morning at 8am. Had not received a call to let me know that they'll be here later or not show up. So I called. The lady that answered just straight out told me that due to the rain they'll be here at 9am - 10am loud. Which is fine, I understand. However she didn't even have the courtesy to apologize or to be nice about it. I told her that she did not have to shout because I heard her the first time and that she was rude so I would no longer require her service. And said that I would write a review, she said that it's was FINE and that it was STUPID of me since they never serviced me. Good thing I have it all recorded. WishIng them best of luck!

Hugo did an excellent job repairing a flooded upstairs bathroom, and while eating his lunch outside he heard a hissing noise, he explored under the house and found a major split pipe which he repaired, in tight quarters, and also fixed a cracked drain under the house. He came right away, was polite and very skilled. The office staff also respond quickly, politely and efficiently.

Make sure that when you call their store helper Elena, you are acceptable to her standards to avoid being discriminated. Yes of course, transact with owner! But you have to educate your store clerks like Elena not to discriminate anybody calling your office by saying that WE do not talk to helpers housekeepers or caregivers and hang up!! Hugo your contracted plumber was ***** however, for most clients, attitude is far more important!. I see that we are not through. Yes businesses do not deal with anyone except the owner of course! But it was the manner how it was phrased and how it ended. She could have told me to let the owner call because that is how it works but instead, if you were really listening to your recording, "" that we do not talk to helpers housekeepers caregivers!!! Is that how you categorize people? Anyways, if that doesn't seem to bother you? Fine! It is your business. With regards to the discount, it was not your Elena's effort but your contracted good plumber Hugo that we admire so much for his manners and knowledge of his business. Good luck

It is so hard to find a good plumber and I will hold on to this one. After multiple estimates from other plumbers for my kitchen sink and bathroom tub, Overland gave me a quick appointment. Patrick took time to assess the problem and man, he fixed it at 1/4 of the cost others had quoted me. He repaired the bathtub where others said it was not possible and needed a huge repair. He was able to even flush my hot water heater because he had everything on his truck. Thank you Patrick and Overland Plumbing. So very well done!

Actual quote from company. These prices are completely out of line for industry standards:

1.Installation of new diverter valve stem for existing three handle shower valve. Starts at $850 for labor alone, you would need to provide valve.
If we need to provide valve there is no way to determine price as all valves are different brands, we would need to see it.

2. Install new rental-grade toilet, take away old one, Start at $550 toilet included

3.Install new mid-grade kitchen sink faucet single handle with sprayer $850 Include parts and labor
