Overall plumbing was great all around! The gal I spoke with to make an appointment was super friendly. Ron came out to look at a leak we had in our garage. He told me all the possible way things may have to be done, depending on the extent of the damage to the plumbing. It ended up being a quick and easy fix! I wasn't home during the repair but I believe it was Phil who did the work. And he did a great job, from what I can see! I would definitely recommend Overall Plumbing. Everyone I had contact with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Hundred percent disagree with having to pay a $45 trip charge just to get a quote on a thermo coupler replacement on the water heater. If they can't give me any kind of guesstimate over the phone I'm not interested.

I called them asking for a quote on a comfort height toilet installation. Told that I must pay them $45.00 for the quote, as it requires a tech to come out!
Seriously? It's a new home. Plenty of room. And I'm not paying for a quote. Wanted cost of toilet and cost of labor.

Wow! Words can not express my incredible appreciation for Mike for his plumbing advice on my house built in the 1920's. Phil and Thomas came and worked tirelessly on the repairs and replacement of old pipes and fixtures. The house plumbing is wonderful now. It has a shower, tub drains, toilet flushes, washing machine drains into the main sewer line instead of on the basement floor and the main water line in the house is now secured to the wall and can no longer have the possibility of being used as a jump rope. When Phil and Thomas were working, I could hear cheerful relaxed conversation between them. There was no complaining or frustration in their tone or mannerism while working on the different projects in the house no matter how gross they were. Their calm vibe kept me relaxed and confident that all was well, and to just trust they would get'er done. And they did! Can't recommend them enough. Great company! Great guys! Great job!

I wanted a specific model of water softener of which they carry, but in order to give me a quote they required an onsite visit. I stressed a price estimate was all I wanted, but still no-go. Not the end of the world, but still annoying and inconvenient as all others who also carry the model gave me a quote over the phone; however, to get someone to come and give me a quote they were going to charge me $50! That's a joke, and no one that I have spoken to charges for onsite quotes, especially when they're the ones that require the visit, not me. Disappointing.

If you are looking for a plumber Overall is the one to call. Very prompt response and they know about getting it done right. You may find a cheaper plumber but when it comes to price of mind you can't put a price on that. If you cut corners the results could be way more costly than the savings. Overall installed our new whole house water softening system and it working great.
