Nick did a good job replacing my water heater tank and installed a tankless one for my town house. I liked that he was upfront with the pricing and came the day of and installed everything quick and took the old water heater tank. I would recommend him as a good plumber. Excellent job! Woke up to no hot water and quickly realized our water heater quit on us. I sent out a few quotes on Yelp and Overall Plumbing was the first to get back to me. Nick called and explained the process, the price and the time frame to get the water heater changed out. He was SO NICE and a pleasant person to speak to. He went over everything in detail and wasn't bothered by my 536748 questions haha.

I spoke with a few other companies just to make sure I was getting a fair price and after speaking to a few, (which they all were rude and pushy), I called Nick back and scheduled him to come out. He came out same day and was able to get our water heater replaced and we were even able to upgrade to a larger tank by his recommendation.

He made us feel like we were apart of his family and we felt a genuine touch was added. He gave us business cards and let us know if the heater has any issues that he lives in the neighborhood and can come back anytime. Who does that! I don't get good customer service often so when I do I feel like they need to know. Thank you Nick for taking such good care of our family at the last minute. 10/10 recommend!

One of my neighbors recommended this company to me and Nick came last minute on a SATURDAY to get my hot water working. He was very clean, polite and efficient and I couldn't be more grateful Oh yeah, AND HE DIDN'T CHARGE AN ARM AND A LEG!
