Pretty unprofessional. Scheduled an appt with them 2 weeks in advance to get an estimate for heat pump, told them it was a condo and the situation. They said only Friday worked for them because they were busy. Tech showed up, took a look at the building and told me they weren't looking for extra work and they were busy enough, didn't even look at my unit. I had to make sure I was home on a weekday, thanks for wasting my time.

This company does not give a courtesy call to confirm whether they are on their way. I called multiple times to let them know that I'd be a little late for the appointment but always got the voicemail. Then, I get a message from Angie's List that the OutToday reported that the job was done. When I finally got a hold of a live person on the phone, I was told that they came but no one answered the door. Not true because 3 people who were home said no one came. Moreover, I was told that they called my phone. Not true again. There is no record of a missed call. I would not recommend this company. Big liar. Not trustworthy.

We have problem two days ago we call outtoday and then the electrician came there named jinder he's really good with figuring out the problem and then he fixed the problem like 30 minutes and then the charger Fair money I love to hire out back today again

Electricity went out in half my house the day before hosting a big party that had been planned for months. I was also have a stressful day at work so my sister got in-line and found outToday and they were able to come out that afternoon. Jinder was the electrician who helped me. He was extremely nice and he showed me what had happened (rusted fuse box). He was able to replace the fuse box quickly. I appreciate how quick and courteous the process was from start to finish.

This is a review of the shoddy work that this company did and the damage they caused, costing me thousands. We needed some trouble shooting to find out why a circuit was down. After 2 days they finally isolated it to an outdoor extension cord hooked up to our lights that had shorted. In the mean time the electrician had taken apart outlet after outlet and switch by switch throughout the house. Fast forward several months later and a power outage, it turns out that now, when I turn on the generator only half the house comes on now, before they came out the generator switch worked just fine and all the circuit were on it except the large appliances. Further, one of my lights only turns on with one switch and not both as it did before their electrician worked on the outage. I called the company today and spoke to the owner to ask if it was possible that the electrician could have inadvertently disconnected half of the circuits on my generator switch and asked if the light switch could have been affected as well. He said yes, because they were just there to restore the circuit that was down. It was difficult to talk with them because he kept interrupting me the whole time. He said they would charge me to put all the circuits back on my generator switch and fix the 2 switch light. I was speechless. So when you hire this company, just know that if they are there to fix something or troubleshoot, you could very well end up having more go wrong than they fix and you will need to hire an electrician again to fix what they broke. Unbelievable. When the electrician left he backed over my septic system and I ended up having to pay 3000.00 to have it fixed. Nice huh? When I said I would be doing a review, the owner said review away - I have 500 of them! I will also be filing a complaint with the state as this just seems wrong. To cause so much harm and not be culpable for the damage they caused. All of this and they charged me for 2 days of work.

I hired OutToday to replace a hot water recirculator based on a recommendation from Angi. They did so for $600. However, they left without testing it. It's not working. Instead of seeing the project thru, they are telling me that since I provided the new pump and didn't buy one at 3 times the cost from them, it's my problem. Wow...really. Technically, I did only hire them to do the swap out. However, companies that only do the least they have to do leave a very bad taste.

Horrible customer service. I called in and made it very clear I needed an emergency service since my circuit breaker was not supplying enough power to anything in my apartment to work sufficiently (water, lights, cooking, heat, etc), and was virtually uninhabitable.

They said they'd come the next day, so I made the long drive home to meet them at my apartment. I called to confirm they were coming, and they said yes. Not 20 minutes later, they called back cancelling last minute, with really poor customer service, and hung up on me. I was able to get Apollo electricians to come out within the hour, and was much happier with these services.
