We have a rental property in Nags Head. My guests notified me about 7:30 AM to let me know there was no hot water. I immediately went to Yelp and saw Outer Banks Plumbing had a five star rating. I called and left a message. By the time I went into the other room to let my husband know what was going on Shawn was calling me back. By 11:30 I had a new hot water heater to replace my 20 year old hot water heater. He even looked at a couple of toilets we were having trouble with. The price was very reasonable. My guests were happy! I was happy! And I found a new go to plumber. Communication was great! He sent pictures of the old HW heater and pictures of the new HW heater. Very easy to work with!

Shawn was excellent and timely with his estimate and work. He came highly recommended after we had a water leak from old1980s plumbing. He replaced all the plumbing and upgraded the outdoor shower.
