We recently had some plumbing issues and found out we had a piece of cable left in our sewer line from a previous clean out. Mark from Our Drain came out in a snow storm, was right on time and very friendly and helpful. He worked his butt off and was able to get the cable removed and assured us everything was ok. He was amazing, I would highly recommend!

do not use our drain and sewer co. they came out to do a main line cleaning and they cleaned out the bathtub drain, after they left my bathtub drain only got worse!!!! they said they will not be sending someone to look at it, unless i pay. the lady who answered the phone then proceeded to hang up the phone on me after i was expressing my concerns!!!! do not use them as they are not guaranteeing their work at all!

Mark owner is not a licensed plumber . Handy repair man is more like it. If you need some simple cheap repair like a leaking faucet sure but if you need a real plumber call elsewhere. A cheap Mr. Fix it can be found anywhere but plumbers solutions are quite different than the handy mans make it work solution.

I could write a novel about my experience with Our Drain and Sewer. The positive conversation on a Saturday evening after a very difficult day dealing with a competitor and other home issues was huge relief. That's just where it all started. They were able to send someone out in a timely manner, and clean out my line when another over priced contractor was unable to. The technician was very professional and courteous and CLEAN! He put down tarps everywhere and knew what he was doing from start to finish. Do not go anywhere else!

He took the time to do a quick review of our clogged main sewer, after which he told us he could clear it from the roof and not have to drag all the equipment through our house. Unlike and other repair companies in the past, we have and old house and this is an annual event, he climbed up on our roof in no time flat the sewer was cleared. This is some of the most responsive service I have ever had come out to my house. A previous company came out and was unable to clear the mainline. Miguel came out the same day and cleared two blockages in the line. I would have no hesitations calling these guys for any sewer issue.
