This company was great to work with! Our Drain & Sewer was recommended to us by a scoping company. If you ever have the need for cleaning of your line, please don't waste your time on money on a cheap plumbing company. Use Our Drain & Sewer Company for your cleaning and find a company to scope it afterwards who only does the scoping.

I was in a bind to get my line cleaned and scoped after a cheap 24/7 plumbing company (Rooter Town) came out to ""clean and scope"". They told us that even after cleaning our sewer line, that we needed a full line replacement for $10,000. This was a scam at the end and Our Drain & Sewer Company came out to re-clean our pipes and after getting a new scope (Sewer View), it showed that our line was perfectly clean now and no issues anywhere on the line whatsoever. They also came out quick once they had an opening. Trust me, use this company for your cleaning

We recently had some plumbing issues and found out we had a piece of cable left in our sewer line from a previous clean out. Mark from Our Drain came out in a snow storm, was right on time and very friendly and helpful. He worked his butt off and was able to get the cable removed and assured us everything was ok. He was amazing, I would highly recommend!

do not use our drain and sewer co. they came out to do a main line cleaning and they cleaned out the bathtub drain, after they left my bathtub drain only got worse!!!! they said they will not be sending someone to look at it, unless i pay. the lady who answered the phone then proceeded to hang up the phone on me after i was expressing my concerns!!!! do not use them as they are not guaranteeing their work at all!

Mark owner is not a licensed plumber . Handy repair man is more like it. If you need some simple cheap repair like a leaking faucet sure but if you need a real plumber call elsewhere. A cheap Mr. Fix it can be found anywhere but plumbers solutions are quite different than the handy mans make it work solution.
