Our furnace died just before Easter. We called another company that came and promised to call with a quote. They didn't and we suffered that day. We called them back and they said they couldn't get into their computer but would call soon. They did not. We called Ouellette's they came immediately and said they would call back with a quote, and they did. They knew we were suffering for days without heat and hot water, they were on another job but would start that next day. We have heat and hot water. I could not be more grateful. Ouellette's were kind and caring. Thank you
