run!! terrible quality. plumbed our bath 3 years ago, experienced 3 seperate leaks. I was even willing to pay him(brad) to repair leaks. would not return calls. Terrible

Needed a spigot (hose bib) installed on the outside of my house and Brad at Otto's Plumbing was incredibly quick to reply to my message with an estimate the same day I sent the request out.

Before I knew it Brad was setting up the in-person consultation/estimate, which was just a few days after my first message to Otto's. After the in-person estimate, he fit me in to his schedule to complete the project that same week.

When it came to the project, they were in and out of my house in less than an hour and billed exactly what they estimated originally. Now I've got a water line to my backyard and I have Otto's to thank!

Also they are great guys, highly recommend for your next plumbing project.

The handle on my home's water turn-off was broken when I bought my house. I reached out to Otto's Plumbing and got a competitive quote and repair really quickly. Brad and his team were professional, respectful and clean! They confirmed our appointment time the morning of the repair, and showed up exactly when they said they would. Both technicians wore masks (we're still in a pandemic!) and offered to remove their shoes on the carpet. He explained the repair before starting, and showed me what they did afterwards. Any future plumbing repairs (or renovations) that I need, I'll definitely be returning to this company.
