He was out the house within 30 minutes and completed the installation in an hour and thirty minutes.

Justin and his assistant were very professional, adhered to COVID standards and overall did a terrific job.

As a CA contractor myself, I was very impressed to the degree of troubleshooting they went through to solve the issues with the house wiring to get the 3-way dimmers to function properly.

I happened to stumble upon Justin by sending out my request for some emergency plumbing work that I needed to have done. My request went out to several handymen on Yelp at once. His wife Michelle responded back to me through Yelp and asked me to described my situation. I was told his hourly rate and eventually we communicated a bit over the phone. Since I knew my repair was going to be super quick and he charges by the hour I mentioned the possibility of him doing some electrical work for me which he said he was open to doing.

I live in Cathedral City and his wife said earlier he'd be in the area so I guess it was meant to be. Justin arrived within the timeframe he said he would. He got to work after I showed him my concerns. He is friendly, sociable and down to heart and let me watch him do his work. I'm a DIYer so I'm always looking to learn as much as I can by watching pros do their thing. My plumbing dilemma was just out of my hands but he was abe to fix it within minutes. So we moved onto my next project which was fishing some wire through the walls in order to move a light switch. That took longer but with my willingness to help and be a second pair of hands (some projects just require more than one pair of hands) he was able to do the job.

I hadn't had running water since Tuesday or Wednesday. I had to turn it off until I found someone to do the work. His hourly rate (after he charges a $50 fee for making the visit to begin with) is more than reasonable. I got both my plumbing problem solved in addition to having him move a light switch that I wanted done for weeks for less than what some plumbers charge just for a visit to fix a leak. One company that returned my request for my copper pipe plumbing repair quoted me $391over the phone!! Justin fixed my plumbing AND helped me with another project for just a little more than half that amount. !!AND!! before we started I asked if Justin offered any type of warranty on his plumbing repairs to which he replied by saying he guarantees his work for one year from the date of his repair. I can't stress how important it is to get a plumber to provide you this type of assurance. A lot of plumbers only provide a thirty day warranty or less or none at all.

I plan to have him back as early as next week to help me address some landscape irrigation work I need to have corrected. I just moved to the area and I have a feeling I'm going to be calling Justin to help me conquer a few more changes and repair work to my new home.
