No wonder these guys have 5 stars. It's no accident. He's honest. Gave me a flat price and communicated very well. On time, did what I requested , cleaned up and it was pleasant end to a plumbing project. No one in the Coachella Valley who responded gave me a price. The rest wanted to call on the phone or do a home visit. Nope!. Wasn't necessary. Don't think twice about hiring this dude. They are100% recommended.

Absolutely outstanding service helping us out with a reatoation project. Added drywall in some areas we needed help in around the vanity and toilet area. We had Justin at Otis Services come find out why an old stove smelled of gas when we used it. He responded to my Yelp request within 30 minutes and came out that day. We had an old range top from the 70s that came with a condo we just bought. He figured out that the stove worked but was so old it required the pilot lights to be lit and stay lit. We had been using a lighter to light the burners.

The second service was to check a dripping filtered water dispenser. We bought a new one and he installed it as well as a new kitchen faucet. The connectors to the water dispenser were an older size and he had to go to the hardware store to get a connector which adjusted the size of the existing line. That saved us a lot of time and money since we didn't have to replace the lines.

We called him back today after a very satisfactory experience last Friday. We needed to have two ceiling pants installed, as well as a new circuit off of our panel a yes, he went to get the material for the electrical gain, prompt, efficient, and reasonable. I do not hesitate to recommend.

Justin did a great job. I had a handyman cancel on me this morning and in a bind I went to Yelp and did a search for a small plumbing job. He responded right away and was here in no time, quickly fixed my issue and at a reasonable rate. He's coming back this week to do a few other things for me. Definitely would recommend him.

I just started with a request to fix a toilet which Justin responded to immediately and I got a next day appointment. Then I found out he also offered handyman services and he quickly attended to my whole list of odd jobs I've wanted to get done for months. Fast, friendly, reasonably priced. I found a great resource for all my home projects

Justin was super fast to respond and even got more done than I had expected. I had some issues with one of my outlets, plus one other smaller repair in my house and he did it so quickly I was trying to find other things to keep him busy for the hour. :)

I will definitely use Otis James again and I as a homeowner who needs smaller things taken care of quickly, I can't say enough good things about Justin and his team.

I had a good experience once for a simple plumbing bib and then I needed him again a few months later for another plumbing need and Justin just ghosted me! No response to my emails, never picking up the phone, never returning voicemails...That's not a good way to do business!
