back in January Justin of Otis Services came to realign an outdoor door for me. he was prompt, knowledgeable , friendly and reasonably priced. Normally this would warrant a 5 star rating from me. at the time we agreed that the weather stripping around the door should be replaced. he ordered this and I paid in advance for the material. He returned the following week but the material was an incorrect length. He said he would be back again with the right length in a week or so.
after multiple attempts to contact him (8-10) I have heard nothing. This is very unprofessional and causes me to leave a less than stellar rating.

Justin is a professional of the highest limits .He gets the job done as if he was working on his own property. Quotes are really reasonable. We had a kitchen sink replaced and the finished job was remarkable.

I needed a leak repair in my water main (outlet from the service valve). While they were here, I also asked if he could take a look at my leaking irrigation valves. Justin was very accommodating to my schedule and was very responsive. Prompt and courteous service, explained the work throughout the process. Very upfront and honest with pricing, does NOT upcharge for parts and even provides receipts. 1 year warranty for work included. I'm overall very happy with the service and will call upon again should the need arise. Glad to support this father and son team. Thank you!

My outlets weren't working in my master bath and 2nd bathroom up stairs, couldn't figure it out. Turned up being a tricked gfci in downstairs bathroom *never tjought it would power upstairs*. Thought maybe he'd charge me less for literally 15 minutes of work and being 2 1/2 hours late. But still charged the entire price. He's a nice guy, but i won't be doing any business with Justin going forward.

Had a toilet leaking like a cup of water every day (floors wet surrounding the toilet). I had no idea where the leak was coming from. I kept researching it online for hours to see if I could fix it myself. So many things could have caused the leak. So, I gave up and searched on Yelp. Yelp has a new function where you can fill out this short 5 question survey, and then boom, Yelp automatically sends out your plumbing request to 5 nearby plumbers asking for an estimate. Within one day, Otis Services gave me estimate of $210, and I had two other estimates from other plumbers for $300. Obviously, I went with the cheapest estimate since they all had 5-star reviews. Otis Services scheduled an appointment on the next day. He was late by an hour, but he had updated me at the scheduled time that he was going to be late; I don't mind this because that means he completes his work before moving on to his next project. I had a handyman a few years ago who was so rushed to move onto the next customer (kept getting phone calls) that he left all of his trash out (sink parts) and just drove off.
Anyways, back to Otis Services: Guy and his kid show up to my house and instantly figures out the problem (within like 30 seconds of looking at it). Fixes it in about an hour (because he had to drive to Home Depot to get the parts and come back); he verbally explains everything, but I really don't care because I have no idea how parts of the toilet work, lol (some people might like to know what he's doing, but I can already tell he is an expert). Now to the final results: Toilet is leaking no more! This guy is completely reliable, friendly, quick, and affordable. I will hire him on future plumbing projects.

These individuals are fantastic. They are amiable, highly skilled, and punctual. Most importantly, they delivered excellent results for my pergola. Justin assured me it wouldn't leak, and he was absolutely correct. Additionally, they managed to remove a 3x3' section of concrete. I'm extremely pleased with the overall outcome. Also, they give you the option of purchasing the supplies needed or they will. I opted to buy them, because, then you can decide on the quality.
