My new Bosch dishwasher was a completely new installed and works GREAT! Justin's was wonderfully courteous, and did beautiful work. It was impressive how they tidy up as they work. The area was cleaner then when they started. Justin and his team are thoughtful and very helpful too. He took time to help advice me on a side project I was completing myself. If you need someone responsible, knowledgeable and does great work call Justin at Otis James Services.
I will use Otis James again and I recommend their services!

We bought a weekend house in the desert and Justin as been over numerous times fix, add and upgrade anything you can image. Trust and respect is there and greatly valued. His diverse knowledge is a true asset to any situation he may come upon. I would highly recommend him for any job/project home, estate, or business you may have. I got a few very overpriced quotes from ""others"" in their area of expertise, and not very trill with them.....Justin said ""we can knock that out for way less that than that"" and they did! Bravo Justin and Otis Services! On to the next project. Hoping Justin opens an OC office soon!

We moved to the desert nearly a year ago and meeting Justin and company is definitely one of the highlights so far.

It was an absolute joy to have someone like Justin who is super knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, shows up on time ready and prepared to do the job as discussed. No excuses no complaints, just a great smart guy taking care of the business at hand. As busy as he was, he was more than happy to take the time to answer any and all questions I had which is such a plus.

He made suggestions that enhanced what I had planned for lighting and made it all happen fast, and it looks great! They were very respectful regarding mask wearing, and how they cleaned up after the job.

James and Justin are awesome! We had a leak in our propane system and sent a request for quote at around 11:00pm. We received a reply before midnight the same day and had an appoint set up for the next morning at 10:00am. James and Justin were both on time and ready to work as soon as they arrived. They quickly diagnosed the issue, purchased the parts, and installed. Both were ultra communicative and easy to talk to through the entire process. Thanks for your service! We will definitely be contacting them for future jobs.

In November, Justin rushed over and spent an entire day tackling all remaining electrical tasks on my remodel's punch list. He and his assistant were hard working, friendly and professional. They did not however clean up after themselves, leaving a mess at every spot they worked. I wasn't happy about that but it wasn't a deal breaker. When it came time for Justin to return and complete the remaining projects, Justin was unresponsive, didn't return any of my phone calls. One always worries the worst could have happened but I see recent reviews signaling, thankfully, Justin is well, just flakey.

We called this company to install GFI plugs in all bathrooms. Justin came at agreed upon time. He explained everything during the work. I had him also check our doorbell that didn't work and he saw that it was faulty and needed replacing. I believe he was honest and fair. Communication was prompt.
