Most responsive HVAC service I've ever used. I moved into my condo less than a year ago and unbeknownst to me, the previous owner had not maintained the PTAC AC unit. It had become a problem when water began leaking into my downstairs neighbors home, and they came out twice to handle the problem on very short notice. I would highly recommend otech to anyone and will use them in the future.

He was on time, quick, explained everything and even came back to check it again later and give me options for the work and pricing. Jafar is awesome! He was just out looking at my hot water that has just been warm. He diagnosed quickly and gave me options at different price points. He was super patient with all of mine (and my neighbor who is having similar issues) questions. He did not put any pressure on me to go with the most expensive option of replacing and I very much appreciate that! I have to decide which which option to move forward with but I will absolutely use him when I decide. I know why all reviews are 5 stars!

Called to get a quote on a new HVAC unit. The guy came out same day and said I would have the quote the next day. It has been over a week, I have followed up twice and I still haven't received the quote. The guy seemed knowledgeable but I'm not going to beg someone to take my money.

I can't say enough good things about OTECH. Twice in the past 1.5 years they have (literally) bailed us out - both times in an emergency situation. This company is efficient, customer-oriented, and very reasonably priced. We have appreciated how they navigated somewhat complicated situations with our pipes. We had to call OTECH for an emergency water heater leak that we discovered late Saturday night. Even though I called Jafar on a Sunday afternoon, he responded quickly and professionally and was able to come out early Monday morning to asses what needed to be done.

To say the work was done quickly is an understatement; we had a new water heater ordered and installed in less than 48 hours! Jafar also was sure to let us know what type of water heater he was installing, how to register it for the warranty, potential trouble spots with the house's water pressure/HVAC/washer-dryer, etc. Jafar also responded to any call or txt quickly and informatively. To me, that is the definition of ""above and beyond"", and I would like to return the favor by highly recommending OTECH to those in need of great plumbing/HVAC services.

Although you never hope to use services like these often, I feel comfortable in knowing that a call to OTECH is a call well spent.

I got a quote from Jafar over the phone for a new toilet. He showed up early for our appointment, installed the toilet in about an hour, gave me a 12 month warranty for labor, cleaned up everything. The price was more than fair and I have found my new plumber for any problems that might arise. Highly recommend this company.

Called OTECH on Saturday as my whole house humidifier wasn't working and HVAC is not something I feel particularly competent at. He said he could come over Sunday. He showed up a bit later than expected - got held up at a previous appointment, but I hadn't had anything planned for Sunday anyway and I was pleased that he was able to come over on short notice and on a Sunday. He pulled out the voltmeter and determined the humidistat wasn't working properly. I'm pretty handy and he suggested it was something I could save a bunch of money on by doing myself. His charge for the service call was reasonable. Between the service call and buying the replacement part on ebay, I spent about $150 dollars in total. Took me about 30 minutes to install the new part. Will definitely call Omar again if I have any concerns or HVAC problems in the future.

My AC was blowing warm air in my rental unit, and because it was 90 degrees outside I was desperate to get it fixed or else my tenants were going to a hotel. I called around to a few places, and even though it was 5pm on the Friday before Labor Day, Omid came out within a couple of hours AND his service call charge was only $50 (some quoted $150-$225). He diagnosed the problem very quickly and gave me a very complete explanation of the problem and what it was going to take to fix it. He gave me an estimate which was lower than competitors (I live in a condo so I could easily compare prices with what some of my neighbors paid). I ended up getting a family friend to replace the unit (my dad insisted) but I will call them again if I have any future HVAC issues.
