One of my ceilings was leaking, because of my upstairs bathroom sink. They
came a couple of days later and the guy said it was the P-trap and pop up was the problem. He went to a hardware store to get the part and was finished in an hour and three-quarters. The leaking stopped for five months.
However, it started and I had to get another plumber to fix it. It turned out the pop-up assembly below the sink wasn't tightened. Oswego Mechanical
charged me $230 for not doing their job. The other company charged me $253 more to fix the mistake. I've never call this company ever again!

Easy to make appointments. Sometimes they run a bit behind because of fully doing the job on the prior appointment, but they are great at getting the problem fixed. My whole neighborhood swears by them - that's where I got the referral.

horrible company! it has been over a month waiting for them to give me full estimate!!!!! no one returns phone calls it is always ""we will call you back"" absolutely the worst. not recommended in any way they have no idea how to properly run a company. they were more than willing to come out the next day so they could put it as though they had the job now 40 days later i am still waiting on a return call. do not do business with them unless you are willing to sit and wait while they do nothing.
