Not a good plumber. Brandon is a salesman that does not know how to diagnose a problem with water heaters. He showed up in his personal truck and just said my water heater was old. Then he quoted me $3000 to replace a 50 gallon heater in my garage. That was 2 times the amount I was quoted from a good plumber. I paid him $80 for nothing. Don't waste your time or money.

The plumber was efficient and professional. Unclogged my tub in about 10 minutes.

The manager/ owner called me to discuss my issue with the price personally. Showing that they care about their reputation.

I was extremely disappointed in the commuter fee of $80. And was quoted $220 for the service making this job $300. I paid $268 in the end but I'm floored by the fact that such a simple service could cost so much.

Brandon and his team just left my home but they are welcome back anytime. It was a tough problem but Brandon assured me that he would take care of it and he did. Communication was prompt and he addressed any concerns I had.

I've used Oswalt 3 or 4 times now. I've never had problems with them. Workers are knowledgeable and friendly.

Boy oh boy.....Christmas Eve 2020..... wake up to a cold shower....not good....hot water heater cracked and leaking.....but with one call and a couple of hours....we were rescued and now have a new tank and hot water....man are these guys awesome!

Reported issue was told they don't work on weekends. Communication was poor to say the least. So I can't recommend this company

Requested having my gas hot water heater fixed. It was not staying lit. The man came out and said it needed a new thermocoupling. He put a new one on and left. He was not very professional!! Less than 30 minutes later, the water heater was out! We called back to let them know and they said, ""We will send someone back out there tomorrow!"" Well, tomorrow came and at 4pm, I called and was told, ""There is nothing we can do!""

They had to come out to my house twice in two days to unclog my drains. The first day, only one guy came out. He was very polite and friendly and seemed to do a good job despite his equipment not being able to dislodge the clog. The second day, another guy was with him. The second guy was VERY rude, making comments about having to give up a big, money making job to make time to come to my house. He also rushed the job, ignoring specific requests to check why water was coming up my drain while the drain was clogged. He also made comments about staying until we paid him because it took us a few minutes to find the cash put aside to pay them with. It was very juvenile behavior to say the least. I'll be calling another company to check what I asked this company to check since they wouldn't do it.
