Kept rescheduling on me since I was not important enough being a Senior Citizen. They kept giving me the idea that to change out a new pedestal sink faucet, something I did myself twice but can no longer do it since my hip is not working properly, was 245.00 AN HOUR and I was told it would take about THREE HOURS....LOL..SERIOIUSLY? Oh well. I feel terrible the way I was treated.

We woke up on New Year's Day to no hot water. I called several plumbers with the expectation that I wouldn't hear from them until the next day. Greg took the time from his day off to text me that he could come to the house the next day. Fortunately, the situation fixed itself and we had hot water again. Greg came to the house, checked the boiler and let me know to contact him as soon as something goes wrong.
I hope that nothing does go wrong, but I know that Greg will be there should something happen.

Gave us Great Service Installing a Power Vented Water Heater. He was Prompt and install went Great. Little Nervous making hole in wall but Greg and his team did a great job!! I would recommend Greg for any plumbing requirements. Great Equipment install went perfect

I asked Gregg to come to my home because I wanted him to install a new gas cooktop and also do some plumbing repairs around my home. He came by, took a look, and said it did not look like a difficult job. Gregg told me to call him after I bought the cooktop. We never discussed any prices. I have had Gregg do some work at my home in the past and he was always top notch in every way.
Two weeks later when the $1700 cooktop arrived, I called and then emailed to Greg asking when would be a good time for him to do the job. He never replied. Phone calls, email, text messages. All were never responded to. Very strange. If he decided he did not want to do the job, I think the professional thing to do would have been to just let me know. However to simply not respond does not seem right. I have a small business myself and would never treat a customer that way.
