After numerous call to various plumbers this was the only one who returned my call. I only wanted a shutoff valve replaced, it wasn't an emergency. Greg was very understanding and squeezed me in within a few days. He was very polite as was the receptionist and Steve the plumber who did the job. Steve was professional and efficient. Thank you! I have used Ostroski Plumbing several times over the last few years at my condo and have had outstanding results utilizing this company. Greg is always on time, works very neat - never a mess, and always comes in on budget. Due to my work schedule I have made arrangements to let Greg in and leave him there until the work is completed. Gave us Great Service Installing a Power Vented Water Heater. He was Prompt and install went Great. Little Nervous making hole in wall but Greg and his team did a great job!! I would recommend Greg for any plumbing requirements. Great Equipment install went perfect

I asked Gregg to come to my home because I wanted him to install a new gas cooktop and also do some plumbing repairs around my home. He came by, took a look, and said it did not look like a difficult job. Gregg told me to call him after I bought the cooktop. We never discussed any prices. I have had Gregg do some work at my home in the past and he was always top notch in every way.
Two weeks later when the $1700 cooktop arrived, I called and then emailed to Greg asking when would be a good time for him to do the job. He never replied. Phone calls, email, text messages. All were never responded to. Very strange. If he decided he did not want to do the job, I think the professional thing to do would have been to just let me know. However to simply not respond does not seem right. I have a small business myself and would never treat a customer that way.

Had a new washing machine delivered, the Home Depot delivery guys didn't hook it up, saying there was corrosion on the pipes and the drainage pipe was non-standard.

Called Greg, he had an opening right then and was at my place in 20 minutes. He took a look, determined there was no actual problem with the pipes, hooked up the washing machine and did some quick troubleshooting and verification to ensure that it was functional, and got everything working nicely.

He and his partner were nice, professional, and clearly good at what they do. I'll definitely be calling him any time I need plumbing assistance.

I just had an excellent experience with Greg. I was in need of a plumber to take care of a few issues on our home inspection report as we're in the process of selling our house. I had left a message for Greg - and called back the next day...he was so apologetic that he couldn't return my call the same day. This started our experience off in right foot.

Within a few day, Greg came by - addressed the issues and even suggested I not get something repaired as it could lead to future issues. He was honest, and extremely kind and respectful.

It's too bad that I'm moving - for Greg would be my go-to for anything plumbing and heating. Before calling anyone else, please let Greg take care of you!
