I asked Gregg to come to my home because I wanted him to install a new gas cooktop and also do some plumbing repairs around my home. He came by, took a look, and said it did not look like a difficult job. Gregg told me to call him after I bought the cooktop. We never discussed any prices. I have had Gregg do some work at my home in the past and he was always top notch in every way.
Two weeks later when the $1700 cooktop arrived, I called and then emailed to Greg asking when would be a good time for him to do the job. He never replied. Phone calls, email, text messages. All were never responded to. Very strange. If he decided he did not want to do the job, I think the professional thing to do would have been to just let me know. However to simply not respond does not seem right. I have a small business myself and would never treat a customer that way.

Had a new washing machine delivered, the Home Depot delivery guys didn't hook it up, saying there was corrosion on the pipes and the drainage pipe was non-standard.

Called Greg, he had an opening right then and was at my place in 20 minutes. He took a look, determined there was no actual problem with the pipes, hooked up the washing machine and did some quick troubleshooting and verification to ensure that it was functional, and got everything working nicely.

He and his partner were nice, professional, and clearly good at what they do. I'll definitely be calling him any time I need plumbing assistance.

I just had an excellent experience with Greg. I was in need of a plumber to take care of a few issues on our home inspection report as we're in the process of selling our house. I had left a message for Greg - and called back the next day...he was so apologetic that he couldn't return my call the same day. This started our experience off in right foot.

Within a few day, Greg came by - addressed the issues and even suggested I not get something repaired as it could lead to future issues. He was honest, and extremely kind and respectful.

It's too bad that I'm moving - for Greg would be my go-to for anything plumbing and heating. Before calling anyone else, please let Greg take care of you!

We are VERY HAPPY with Greg's service!! He did an excellent job in installing a new water heater for us. Greg's is very professional, responsive, knows what he's doing, listens to our concerns, takes the time to explain and answer our questions, his estimate is right on, his price is very reasonable..... Out of the three plumbing companies we had contacted, his quality of work, customer service and pricing are the best. After the job, he took the time to walk us through everything he did and cleaned up everything. Plus, he's a dog lover too!! My husband and I are just happy that Grey's here...... My mom passed away in October, her house being significantly bigger than mine I decided to sell my Billerica house and move to the tewksbury house my mom owned. In order to sell I had to replace the hot water heater, called a friend of a friends plumber and wasn't happy he left the old hot water heater on the back deck. It's still on the deck and the people buying my house now have to dispose of it. So fast forward 2 months, I noticed a leak in the tewksbury house basement, realized it was coming from the half bath toilet. Instead of calling the friend of a friend plumber I came on this website to find a new plumber. This is where I found Greg. He came today and replaced the toilet and took the old one. I noticed professional service, fair pricing, knowledgeable and ethical. Greg wanted to reconstruct the broke toilet to save me money, instead of just telling me to get a new toilet. He said he ensures to save money for the customer. I opted on my own to have a new toilet installed. I'm very happy with Greg's ethical business standard! I will be calling him for now on for all plumbing and heating needs. Actually before my mom died she said the house needs a new heat system. So I trust in hiring Greg for this next season!

I am very pleased with the services that I'd received from Greg.

Called late on a Wednesday evening after discovering that my boiler's pilot light wouldn't stay on. I was surprised to speak with someone after hours...Greg himself answered. He'd just arrived on-site dealing with another customer's emergency, but scheduled himself to come out first thing the following morning.

He showed up, did his thing quickly and efficiently, and left my house as clean (or dirty...) as he'd found it. Very personable and friendly.
