When I initially called ostrom out to fix my plumbing I wanted them to repair or replace two outside faucets they put some packing in the first one up front of the house and the rear one they said they could not fix said they would do some research on it whatever that means charge me like $300 and never came back. Will never call them again for anything.

Don't want to use Ostrom because I used them before and was a bad experience. Two techs came to fix a light switch, took them a long time, they whispered to each other a lot then the switch wouldn't work. They finally got it working and handed me a bill fir $248. In addition they tried to sell me a maintenance package with a monthly membership amount. No thanks, I wouldn't use them.

Excellent service. Highly recommend this company. Our air conditioning stopped working and the service man that came was obviously highly trained, quickly zeroed in on the problem and had it fixed in a very short time. So happy I found them.

Ostrom has the BEST employees and technicians -- all the way from Dustin (a/c tech and sales), Kendall, who handled scheduling and follow up, to the air conditioner installation crew of James, Ryan, Justin and Daniel. Everyone was very professional, on time, and a pleasure to work with. All were respectful and knowledgeable of their responsibilities and explained the procedures they were conducting and how to operate the different functions of the new thermostat. All these people reflect high standards as well as high quality performance and I'm glad Ostrom is on my speed dial! A huge thank you to you all!

After 11 pm.....NO HOT WATER.....my husband called Ostrom, a human anseered and kindly talked us through some trouble-shooting that saved us from an after hours fee. Next morning a scheduler, who had information from our urgent call, set an appointment for us, the technician arrived on time, confirmed the diagnosis or our problem, considered how best to repair, offeded me options, fixed it and...back to normal hot water. The technician sent actually checked to make sure that I understood my choice and was happy with the result. He was kind, a gentleman and a good technician. Thank you, Osterman. We will call you again.

Expensive/Overpriced!!!!!!

I was Quoted $500 for a Badger 5 disposal which costs $110 at Lowe's and only takes 30 minutes to install (see you-tube Badger Installation). $400 for 30 minutes of work! Really? Yes, really, and they refuse to give you an itemized quote so they can gouge you without any argument. Unethical. Do not use this company! Watch the you-tube video and install yourself. I did.

Thanks for the 39.00 fee to give us an over $800.00 estimate to unstop our drain. Thank God that we always get at least 2 estimates. It cost us a total of $93.00 to fix. You guys must prey on stupid people. I give you less than 1 star

This company is a rip off artist. Their prices are outrageous and they lure you in with the inexpensive service call. The place stays in business by overcharging for everything they do and adding unneeded services. You don't get much lower than these guys.

They charge ridiculous amount of money! I have two thermostats and was told I will be charge $69 each just to check what's wrong. I was also charged around $256 for a capacitor, which costs maximum $30. I was never given a receipt for the work.
