This is customer service. Placed an online request and Gary called back. After talking a bit, he suggested calling Duke Energy because it sounded like it was their problem. He said Osterwisch could make a service call, tell us to call Duke, and would have to charge us for the visit. Great advice. I hung up and called Duke. They responded quickly, the line was fixed, and it was no charge!

BTW, I reached out to another electrician first who was coming out to check and diagnose the issue. Called them back and canceled!

My furnace went out and they sent someone promptly and he was able to repair it quickly.

Have used Osterwisch Plumbling when I was a Realtor, had good communication and with work from them. Called twice last week to get a bid for replacement of a new kitchen sink. An appointment was set for 8:00 am today. Called at 8:30.am asking where is Johnie, receptionist said he tried to call you this am and no answer. This not true, receptionist said, he can be there by 9:00am. He called me back saying could be here by 9:30 am.

Spoke with General Manager who seems unconcerned and said, do you want our service or not?

No, sir I will find a more reliable plumbling company.

Had a difficult plumbing repair in my 100+ year old home. Plumber showed up when promised, assessed the situation well, promptly started the work, and completed the work professionally.

We received good advise on what to repair with no attempt to up-sell. The end price was fair and reasonable.

I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.
