Called to schedule a replacement water heater and was told I would get a call the next day. Nothing. The owner spoke so highly of him self and of all his experience/accomplishments being a master plumber and delivered nothing!

DO NOT USE: Wednesday the 23rd I called in the early afternoon detailing a leak to Ray in my master bath. I described the problem, he gave me a quote and with bold assurance told me he had many years of experience and can fix it. He told me he would call the next morning at 7:30 to confirm the schedule but would probably be to me by around 9am. The next morning he didn't call or show and finally called me after I texted and called two times to tell me he had a family issue and a journeyman would be to my house by 1pm. (I took his word) No one ever showed or called. He just ghosted me with the water to my house shut off and the holiday approaching. I still havent gotten a call back and its 4 days later. Luckily I am handy and with some help from a neighbor I fixed the issue myself with some new PVC and two new valves. No thanks to OSteen plumbing for leaving me """"High and Dry!"""" NOT RECOMMENDED, DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU ENJOY GETTING SCRWD OVER!

Came out, diagnosed the problem with the leak and fixed it in fifteen minutes. Then he wouldn't charge us even when I insisted. Said to call him when we need a real plumber. Oh and unbenownst to us the stupid washer installer mixed the hot and cold hoses and when we called him back he told us what to do and how to be careful of what when we switched them. A totally class individual.

Spoke to Ray O'Steen. Made several appointments and he never showed and never called to say he was not coming. I called him 3 hours later after missing his second appointment and he asked who I was and what was my address after I had given him all my contact info 2 days prior and this was the second time. Don't waste your time with this clown!!!!

Missed several appointments, likes to brag about how reliable he is. All talk, no action. Wasted over a week with this guy. Stay away!

I put the pro in procrastination. I'm that person who thinks meh...I can do this myself, I got it. However, when it comes to things like home repairs, sometimes you have to bite the bullet and admit that you suck at certain things. While I had visions of myself disassembling my undersink plumbing, carting it up to Home Depot and playing the fair maiden looking for the Home Depot champion to magically conjure up the automatic fix to a chronically leaking kitchen sink, I did eventually have to bite the bullet this morning and call in the professionals after my kitchen sink decided to take a total crap all over the place. After all, my weekends are taken up with socializing with my Yelp peeps...who has time for all that undersink crapology? Do you know how few plumbing or home repair companies are reviewed on Yelp? A shitload few. I called some, got some astronomical dollar bill numbers thrown at me with obscure references to appointment times and got disillusioned. """"Ray the Plumber"""" answered the phone on the first ring. Upbeat and cheery...not someone who sounded like Roz from Monster's Inc. or Archie Bunker like the others. A really friendly personable guy. He came before his appointed time (though I did call him to remind him which I would advise anyone to do when dealing with people who might be called out to an emergency at any given moment), he was courteous and professional and bless him, he fixed my sink drain. He's licensed and insured. Double bless him for taking a look at my fridge after I asked him if he had any friends in the appliance repair world...and his pointing out that the compressor was on its way out and to save my money and put it toward a new one. Sometimes it's not about the money you put out, it's about the time you save.

Expert Master Plumber, when you really need an """"honest plumber"""", Call O'Steen. Very, very good service! O'steen specialises in old and vintage plumbing, cast iron and stuff that others run away from. Louis R. Palm Beach

I had a major leak, this could have flooded my entire townhouse. My apartment has POLY PIPE (not allowed anymore). After calling many referral type ads, I got fed up with """"push one"""" for local """"push two"""" for wherever. Osteen Plumbing replaced the leaking lines, and solved the problem. I expected several thousand dollars, and was shocked with the low bill.......only $350.00. This is a very busy plumbing company, I recommend them if you really need a difficult job done. A. Raymond O'Steen made an appointment with me in Hollywood Lakes for 2:00pm on Friday, February 22nd to address a water leak in my home. He never showed up. No call...nothing. I tried to call him multiple time...no answer. I guess I""""ll have to chalk it up at another South Florida contractor who's word is WORTHLESS. Sadly, It's an epidemic down here.
