Amateur and unprofessional. The plumber came to install two gas ranges and two dishwashers. We sent him pictures of everything the previous day. He came, walked around the job site for ten minuteses, went to his truck and came back stating that ""I can't do the job today."" When I asked him ""what was the point of coming out?"" he walked off and told me ""you can call someone else."" A complete waste of time with a total amateur. Do yourself a favor and take his advice: CALL SOMEONE ELSE.

-The business owner has commented on my review. Just so everyone knows, I called a different plumber who came out the very next day and installed the dishwashers and gas ranges with no issue. Ossie Bryant was fully apprised of the job and sent pictures (at their request) before coming on site. Not one item in the scope changed, except that I did not have him handle the meter repair (thank goodness). Any comments that I expected a ""handyman"" are baseless and only further point to the amateur and unprofessional nature of this enterprise. To indicate that someone is ""not a client"" because the vendor walked off the job is utterly ridiculous. Seriously, do not call this company.
