I discovered a water leak Friday evening (4/2) and OSP came over Sat morning to my home. Nick and Josh mitigated the damages, got a restoration company over Sunday morning to fix things up. Josh even returned EASTER Sunday afternoon to finish the job so that my family would not have to go a 2nd night without water. Very grateful Patrick 89117
Our neighbors irrigation system flooded our living room and we had no idea where it was coming from. Choice home warranty sent out OSP Plumbing and we couldn't be happier. At first Choice scheduled OSP to come out the following day, I called OSP I wish I remembered the lady who answered the phone to give her a shout out as well but I don't sorry. But she already knew what was going on and after a short hold she I formed me that a tech would be there in just a few hours instead of next day. The tech Josh is world class answered all of our questions throughly. His knowledge is through the roof. He advised us to ask the neighbors if they had a water problem after he ran through the whole house and found no leak but a living room full of water. We went over and the neighbor informed us their sprinklers malfunctioned and ran for 10 hours that night and found it's way into our house. Josh then informed us of our next steps and who to call to get the process going. Nick the manager was prompt to call after Josh had left and was ready to get to work, due to Allstate (the neighbors insurance) dragging their feet Nick's crew wasn't able to come out that day to get going. Once Allstate was able to get us our required information Nick had people out within the next hour. That group came in all wearing masks and very courteous and got the damage out and fans going within two hours. They then informed us again of what needs to be done and what will happen next. Again after their departure Josh calls to make sure we were taken care of and if we had any questions about anything not to hesitate to call. After that call Nick called inquiring about everything as well. This company and these guys are very prompt, knowledgeable, courteous to everyone's safety, and all around awesome. Answering phone lady, Josh,Nick, and demo crew thank you all very much for making this process just a tad bit less stressful. Now time to deal with Allstate should be fun (that's sarcasm)

I don't know if I'll be able to say enough good things about my experience with this company. I'm a tenant who reached out to my property manager company because I had no hot water at all. They then started an order with OSP, and when I called to ask about payment, Maria was so incredibly helpful, friendly and actually CONCERNED about my situation. She made the process so easy, gathered all my info (and kept saying, ""I'm so glad you called"" because all of my info was missing, and they only had the property management info which wasn't sufficient to confirm an appt time), answered all of my questions, and just made me feel so much better about the situation. She is also the reason that I will now be doing this with any maintenance request I have, regardless of what type of service I need, to call and confirm everything myself.
Then when Brittan arrived (at the top of my delivery window - thank you! So I wasn't wait all day), even better experience. He was kind, informative, actually CARED that I had been without hot water, and then treated me like a real person, and not like some girl who doesn't know anything about utilities or appliances. He explained everything he did, why it hadn't been working, what he did to fix it and then also showed me how to trouble shoot it for any problems in the future. And just kept reassuring me that it'd be fixed.
I'm just so grateful to the two of them for really making such a stressful experience manageable, and most importantly, corrected! This is a great company, and I've already referred a few friends of mine and my parents, all homeowners, of their services in case they are ever in need of top notch quality and service. Thank you so much OSP for the way in which you operate and how kindly you treat your customers :)

Michael P.I had a home warranty repair visit from OSP to fix a leaking shower system. Danny was my technician and he did a wonderful job. He was very respectful of the vintage style of the bathroom and suggested a Moen replacement system. He was able to fix the leak and tie in the new system very well to the look of the bathroom. I am very pleased with his work and he was kind and courteous.
DON'T USE THESE GUYS! Been a month and I am STILL WAITING to get my 1 year old Kohler toilet leak fixed. My baseboard is trashed and the ceiling downstairs is stained from the leak. They have been here 3 times already! The first time, they cut two holes in my drywall, but that was not the problem! It still leaked! Of coarse they don't fix drywall! The 2nd wiseguy, Jason, said the leak was from the handle, but it was NOT. He refused to take the tank off to check. The toilet still leaked! The 3rd guy, Matt, was real nice. He finally found the leak by taking the tank off. He said they would have to order the parts. After more than another week, the office now says they will finally order the parts and it will take another 7-10 days to get them!
IT SHOULD NOT TAKE A MONTH TO FIX A SIMPLE TOILET!
OSP IS TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!!!
Brandi T.Daniel was kind, courteous, & efficient. I had an emergency because my toilet flooded my downstairs Sunday night. Landlord called warranty company and they scheduled OSP to come Tuesday. I called them and let them know what happened they sent Daniel Monday instead. Only suggestion is they should provide their employees masks due to covid19.
Would never use them again. Technician did sloppy job glueing pvc pipe and then blamed me for the leak, he told me to wait 10 minutes before checking the pipe. I waited 40 minutes and it leaked where he glued it.

Ryan S.I reached out to my home warranty company (Choice Home Warranty) for a leak coming from my toilet and they sent out OSP for the repairs. The problem was a faulty toilet flange and unfortunately this was not covered on my warranty. I absolutely needed this fixed so I called OSP back to have a technician come and fix the damaged flange.
Today MATT came out and did an outstanding job!! Not only did he physically show me what was wrong, he also thoroughly repaired this issue and has it running perfectly!! He was very knowledgeable, courteous, super clean and extra informative!! He even gave me some advice on replacing my existing toilets with brands and model numbers!! He absolutely went above and beyond his job, and probably gained a customer for life!! Thanks so much MATT for all your hard work and expertise on my problem. My wife and I cannot thank you enough for all your hard work and your valuable time. I will absolutely reach out to you for all my plumbing needs!!
I called my home warranty because my water softner was not working and my water was hard. The Home Warranty sent me OSP; however the OSP technician came and said he did not know anything about water softners. He eventually took the manual to his truck to read (after I kept referring to it). He changed the softness setting from 20 to 75 and said it works (I have the actual invoice that says this)...So he did not read the manual well or google anything. If you google water levels the higher the number the harder....Seems a plumber would know that???? ...Anyway a long story short, he was here 49 minutes, billed me for a hour and a half and did not do anything but try to figure it out similar to what I was doing....(because again he said he did not know anything about water softeners). I called OSP today to report the incident however never heard back.....If you do not know what you are doing than do not take the job, and bill for more time than you were here. Really you should not bill at all. My wife and I knew more about the softner than their ""technician."" So this waste of my time cost me 112 dollars. I guess they may think since its under a home warranty than they can take advantage of people..Very unethical and bad business!!! I hope that OSP workers do not complain about other businesses when they get ripped off.
