Recommended Customer Reviews

We were referred to OSO by a family friend.
Anthony and his crew were GREAT! They were on time, worked efficiently and solved my problem (cracked AC drain). The price was low, much lower than I expected. He looked into everything, explained everything and even offered an alternative solution for long-term maintenance.
We're completely satisfied.

They don't know ABC of plumbing. failed inspection and left the job. installed water heater that is not working after 3 months of failed attempts. now they want money to come. Talked to the owner Anthony Gonzalez who defends his folks setting up my water heater tempT 139 F, plugging ice machine without drain pipe, that flooded overnight and ruined my newly installed hardwood floor. stay away from this company.

Despite their tight schedule, they squeezed me in on short notice and took good care of me. I'm very critical on customer service and they get an A1 from me. VERY pleased!

One of the worst plumbing companies, we have ever dealt with. This reviews are based on my experience for 2 houses, one major renovation ( all new plumbing starting from piping, tankless water heater to appliances), hence I know this company inside out NOW!!! I think the owner Anthony is picking up folks from the street and misusing his Plumbing license. Their so called plumber worked in 2 of our properties and the quality of their plumbing work is shockingly wrong. There are 100 things they have done in plumbing both the houses but here are the highlights :
Rinnai water heater installation- we were not getting hot water for 5 months after installation, if you are wondering why we waited 5 months? Their plumber has come 30 times during this 5 months have made 20 calls to Rinnai support and kept giving us hope that they are figuring out, also they told us that if we get outside plumber they will void our warranty, its 7000 square ft house with lots of plumbing work, so you know our dilemma. Finally I called Anthony Gonzalez the owner to let him know that his people have been simply incompetent and he told me he has nothing to do with me because he holds the contract with our builder and the builder has not paid him 1500 dollar so he won't send his people. I tried to rationalize by saying for a plumbing work of this magnitude we shouldn't be without hot water for over 4 months. He was very rude to him and said ( I
am quoting him) ' in Plumbing works sometimes this thing happens but we still need payment'. I asked him how com his people made 30 visits without asking for payment and when they couldn't fix it they want outstanding money of the complete project.
2. His so called plumber installed an ice maker in my kitchen without a drain pump attached and turned it on and left. It flooded my kitchen and ruined 2000 sq ft of hardwood. When I asked the plumber why he did it, he said the builder asked him to hook him up. I decided to stay quite realizing there is no defense aganist abject stupidity.
3. Picture of the tankless water heater with check valve installed backwards. In their 30 trips and 20 calls they didn't see it. I called Katy Plumbing and they found the issue within 5 mins with a face time call with Rinnai.
4. In our beach house we failed plumbing inspection with a F.

Our plumbers arrived 10 minutes earlier than they said. Very honest, very respectful. Also didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need (like other contractors would). I called them in to fix an outdoor faucet that I broke.

They are straight and direct to the point!!! They have the knowledge and know how and what to do. I highly recommend them.
