Fast service, great attitude, outrageous charges!
$185.00 to replace a toilet tank rubber stopper. Total time ten minutes. They explained $150 is minimum house call charge. ""GOTCHA!"" I had a lot more plumbing repairs I wanted them to do, but not now. No way.

Thank God for Leo and Oscars Plumbing. We were in a jam for over 4 days. We initially thought our septic tank and cess pool were full and needed to be pumped out. Once that was accomplished, same problem - kitchen and utility room (clothes washer) were backed up.

Leo came over promptly and was able to snake both the kitchen line and the dishwasher line 50 feet. (cleared at 48 feet) Obviously, a great deal of build up.

Leo was a true professional! Thanks guys!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Oscar's plumbing in Van Nuys. We had under the kitchen sink trouble.
The man that came out, Carlos Rojas was a true professional. He put us at ease right away and within 5 hrs. we were trouble free. Carlos was under our house 2 or 3 times in 100 + degrees and always had the same happy smile every time he popped his head up from under the crawl space.
Thank you Oscar for having a wonderful and professional man help us. You have a life time customer for sure.

Marco came out to my son's house to scope and clean the pipes out to the street. He was super! he explained everything to me, fixed the problem and didn't force any unnecessary services on us. I would highly recommend Oscar's Plumbing and Rooter.

Never fun when you need a plumber, but it's great to know Oscar and his team are only a phone call away. Great service, fast, and thorough. I have used Oscar for years, for everything from water heaters and hot water recirc system to drain cleanouts and the like.

Believe me - I was a pain in the neck and they totally came through for me anyways. During the holidays, Oscar's Plumbing & Rooter Service were hired to fix a gas leak on my property and they were totally booked. No other company was available and they wouldn't make exceptions even though I was desperate and had a deadline. Except Oscar's. They made things go right to help me. The head administrator and Jaime were professional and very helpful and the fellow who did the work called me afterwards to verify the work was done. I can't give them a higher rating or I would.

These guys were awesome! I had a shower drain clog I had been dealing with off and on for over a year. When drano stopped working, I looked online and found Oscars. Jaime was very friendly and got the job done quick! A few minutes with the snake and the job was done. They even threw in a free shower drain cover (I had to break mine because old stripped screws) Jaime also unclogged the bathroom sink free of charge. I highly recommend Oscars and they will be my go to plumbers from this point on.

A very disappointed customer here! Be sure to get an estimate and ask for a warrantee. They cleared the line in June and I'm plugged up again in August. Carlos was a very hard worker!!! But, all I got from Oscar was attitude and a big $$$ solution.
