I had an emergency with the only two broken toilets in my elderly mother's home. Dementia is costly. Oscar arrived the same day, close to the time he promised. I was extremely satisfied as the other three highly recommended companies in Punta Gorda was 3x the cost for the same service. Highly recommend. Extremely reasonable.

They show up and are polite, but prices are quoted out of thin air and are often way more than reasonable. I think they are busy and often act like they are doing a massive favor. No. We're paying for work to be done, but cost needs to be reasonable. I switched companies after using these guys several times after the big hurricane last year. Happier now.

Called in the morning got me in before noon, just like he said on the phone. The guys were very friendly and good at their job. I had a backed up shower and they also noticed I had a leaking toilet in another bathroom. They repaired both and did a thorough job. They cleaned up after themselves after the job as well. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend these guys!

Called Oscar and Paul Plumbing on Saturday for a non emergency. We had a leak but told him we could wait until Monday. He scheduled us for Monday between 11:00 and 2:00. Said he would call 1/2 hour prior to arrival. At 3:00 I had still not heard from him, called him but went to voicemail. Left a message saying if I didn't hear from him within the next 15 to 20 minutes, I would be calling someone else. Did NOT hear from him and called someone else. I don't know what kind of plumber he is, but if he doesn't respect my time, I don't respect him!!!

The water shut off valve to a toilet broke off late last night so I had to shut off the water to my entire house. I left a message late last night and called back early AM. They answered immediately and made me a priority stop this morning. Told me they'd be there in a hour and came a few minutes early. Took care of everything very quickly and professionally. Oscar (the owner) was exceptionally nice to deal with and pricing seemed extremely fair. I would recommend them very highly. Will definitely use them again if the need arises. Thank you Oscar.
