We broke an outdoor faucet and had to turn water off to the house. They returned our call in 10 min and were here in an hour ( on a beautiful Saturday) Didn't get the gentleman's name, he was friendly and fixed a problem we didn't even know we had on the same faucet pipe.

guys are great answer in a jiffy... Had to come back twice though for a plugged toilet.. said there was nothing there the first time and then pulled out a kids toy the second time... had to pay for both service calls which made me unhappy a little bit. We were a little bit out of their regional area so they came to us on a holiday weekend and we did appreciate that. But, the price was high particularly the first time they came. I recommend but clarify the price upfront.

Still outstanding. My meter pit was full of water. The City said it was on my side of the meter and I was losing 85 gallons a day. I called this plumber late on a weekday afternoon, they came over in 10 minutes (they're located nearby) and fixed the issue in an absolute deluge of a rain storm. They will remain my go to guys for ac and plumbing issues.

They actually answered their own phone! (No answering service) they actually came when they said they would. And he didn't rip me off. My brother in law owns a plumbing company (too far from us to use him) and confirmed they charged correctly. Very friendly and will continue to call them for all our plumbing needs. Thank you!

Called Oscar today not anticipating that they would actually be able to come same day, but they did! Super quick at that. Told them what my problem was and were done in about an hour! The work they did required some cutting of the drywall and box for the washer connections was too small so Oscar went to get one that would fit my wall perfectly! They did an amazing job. Oscar truly loves what he does & it shows! Totally affordable as well. I'm new to town but will definitely be calling them again if I need any other sort of assistance in the future! Even gave us a free magnet that has their number on it! If I could rate more than 5 stars i would!! Thank you Oscar & nephew :)

Oscar came out and replaced a water heater for my mom the day after I called him. He was knowledgeable, personable and friendly. We will now have him service her air conditioner annually as well. I sure wish I could find someone this good with fair prices where I live. He was an all around great guy!

My water heater failed and I needed a quick response. Oscars and Paul not only was the first to get back but they provided what I learned was a very good price. We hired them and they had our new heater installed a day later. Couldn't be more pleased.

The hard part was getting them here. The owner's wife had a baby and it was emergency C section time. Of course we did not know any of this and only knew our phone calls were not getting returned. Once everything returned to normal at his home, things went smoothly. We were putting in a water softener that was going to need a loop line installed. I also put two reverse osmosis units in as well. They came. They saw. They did what was needed. I was worried about the water heater. It was almost 20 years old. I had them replace it. They came to get me to show me how on the back wall it was corroding and had actually started to leak. My intuition was right. There were no surprises with the bill. The workmanship seemed fine. They did what others had tried to tell me was impossible. Everything is in the garage. No ugly equipment outside. Pipes are not visible.
