In the aftermath of hurricane Ian, Oscar was there too help get our air conditioning issue addressed promptly. They were able to diagnose the issue and install a new unit within 24 hours. although the prices were a little higher, or the certainly expectations on the server side.

On August 25, we contacted Oscars and Paul Plumbing because of their good reviews. We wanted our AC maintained and mentioned that the unit made noises for a short while. Instead of doing maintenance first, once the technician arrived he looked to see what was wrong with the unit. The fault was found within 5 minutes. The blower motor was defective and had to be replaced. The cost for the replacement should be $650 for the motor plus $165 for the diagnosis and installation plus tax. When we did not want to give the job to Oscars and Paul Plumbing based on a single quote, they charged $165 for 5 minutes of diagnosis including travel. The originally ordered maintenance should cost another $ 95, which we declined. Repair orders cost more than simple maintenance orders. Since the price for the replacement of the blower motor seemed very high to us, we asked another company for a quote. The total price was half of the original quote. Personally, I cannot recommend Oscars and Paul Plumbing because they try to make as much money as possible at the expense of the customer through overpriced parts plus very high labor costs.

This is a reliable and very capable company. Yesterday was the third time I've had to call them and the service was super. They explain what they're doing, what you need to fix the problem, and their rates are more than reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I had Oscars and Paul Plumbing to put in a water heater for me and I was so impressed with them that I asked for an estimate to do maintenance on my AC. They gave me a quote and I wrote it down on my invoice. So when I called few months later for AC maintenance I didn't ask for an estimate. Bad thing to do. When he came out, he did very little to the AC.. didn't even change the filter. Then the bill.. and it was over double what they had quoted me a couple months earlier. I objected to this price and when I told them the estimate they gave me. They pretty much called me a liar and said they would never have given that quote. So instead of $75 they quoted it was $165. That's a really big difference. I won't call them again and I will stop giving out their cards.

I had no water for a couple of days due to Our underground well pump overheating to the point that it damage the pipe around it and eventually broken . Oscar and Paul Plumbing & mechanical came to the rescue super fast. Instantly you could tell they knew what they were doing. It was NOT and easy job to do!! but the handled like pros and I end up with a job well done and Now everything looks like it is brand new! No doubt I will recommend them!! Thank you Oscar!
