Discovered (the hard way) that we had a major blockage in the main sewer drain from our condo late one evening the day after New Years. The two associates that were able to come the next day did a great job of clearing the sewer line and made sure they made virtually no mess doing the ""snake"" work and then cleaned up so well. We would definitely recommend this company for any residential plumbing issues.

Very Disappointed. My own fault in part for not getting an estimate up front, but I thought I was safe since company was recommended by a friend. In the end, it took a total of 3 days (spread over two weeks) and 4 different employees to complete my job. The guys were fine, friendly and professional, but the work was WAY overpriced, and then I did not recieve a bill/receipt at the end until a couple days later in the mail. I was SHOCKED at the labor charge (not itemized), and when before the end of 30 days, I received a second bill stating that payment was late and they were charging 2% interest as a late fee. This only added insult to injury, as the bill was PRE-DATED, and calculated from the first day they were out, not from when the work was actually completed a week later.

Be CAREFUL! They did not provide upfront pricing regarding diagnostics and were unsuccessful in diagnosing the whole problem. Provided an estimate that was twice as expensive as another company and it did not address the entire problem.
