Surprisingly very disappointed in the service. I made an appointment online through their site 6 days ago with a ""pending"" notice on the reservation. During the week I called and messaged them several times including during business hours and only received a voice recording. I left voicemails, sent emails, and messages through their online schedule service, but have never received a response or confirmation of the appointment. Cancelled my appointment because as of 5p the day before a service call the next morning at 8a, still no response from them.

These guys came to my house and tore out bathroom ceiling to find issue ( which I told them was o.k. to do). I was told the leak was in a tough area to access and they normally would not take the job. They quoted me a cost of $1700.00. I had another master plumber come and take a look. He did the job in 2 hours for a total of $385.00 a $1300.00 difference. The guy who showed up seemed nice, but just tell me you don't want to do the job, don't charge me 4x the amount it really costs.

When our kitchen sink needed service, I looked on Yelp for a good plumber and found Seacoast. So glad I did! They returned my phone call quickly, even though it was the weekend. Since it wasn't an emergency, we scheduled for the next day. The work was done at a fair price, and Jack was professional and courteous. Highest recommendation!!

What can I say about this company? There aren't enough words in the English language to fully explain what an incredible experience I had with them.
On a hot, steamy recent Sunday night, both toilets in my house backed up. I called Seacoast Sewer and Drain in Kittery, and they got back to me within five minutes. Jen, the office manager, told me she was going to dispatch Bob McDermott to my house and that he would arrive within the hour, which he did. Bob immediately saw that the problem was with my septic system being full, and not able to hold any more sewage. So he called a sewage pumping company down from Eliot, Maine, who arrived in an hour and pumped out 3,000 gallons of sewage and effluent from my four holding tanks. Bob could see, even though he was now working with a flashlight at this point and fighting off mosquitos, that the problem was with my leach field not getting the effluent from the last holding tank, which also housed the aerator. Since he could do nothing further, he promised to come back the next day, which he did. He traced several problems, all related, to a degraded junction box which was improperly installed by the septic contractor who put in the system in 2012. Bob had to dig a fifth hole to get to the junction box which was flooded and the terminals were corroded. So, with the company owner, Jack, who had now arrived from another job, they cleaned up the terminals on the junction box and sealed the whole unit with plumber's putty, to ensure that the pump and alarm would work properly.
What a relief!!
I would heartily recommend Seacoast Sewer and Drain to anyone with a septic problem. Notwithstanding the fact that Bob came out on a Sunday evening and had to dig four holes to access the septic covers, he and the owner, Jack, wouldn't give up until they had fully diagnosed what the issue was with my septic system. These guys are THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

We had a sewer break and Seacoast was there. Jack and Jen(his Wife) were so attentive and understanding and btw the only place to return our call! Others so rude. This guy is a nice calm understanding guy. Old school. Honors his pricing and is very fair. Gotta tell you folks I will recommend him always. Thanks Jack

I can remember - efficient, friendly, effective, and very professional. They always respond quickly and arrive right when they say. They explain the issue and then get to work fixing it. They clean up extremely well, making any backup less of a headache for the homeowner. 100% recommend them!

Got a quote for a basic of cleaning of my hot water heater. Accepted the price and gave the person on the phone all of the pertinent info about my heating unit, to be sure the correct tech was sent to perform the service. The tech that came couldn't restart the unit after the cleaning because, as he told me, he had never worked on this model before. A 2nd tech came and promptly broke a part on the unit. He had to buy a replacement part in order to restart the unit. Got the bill and was charge a hidden fee for the service, charged for both technicians labor and charged the cost of the part that the 2nd tech broke. Called and spoke to Mr. Blaschke, who argued with me over every question I had about the bill, basically refusing to subtract any of the charges. Will never use them again or refer them to anyone.

I own three units in Yarmouth. I had my last unit converted from oil into natural gas by Maietta titus Blaschke plumbing. They have done an outstanding job! High quality, very reasonable price and on a timely manner. Gary Blaschke sales, Neithan and Christ the technicians are so efficient and experts in the field. I have been very disappointed in the past with other companies but now I found a company I can trust and feel confident about. I'm their faithful costumer from now on.
