Called to have water pressure checked. Upon Chris entering my home I explained water pressure issues. I also mentioned getting quotes for kitchen faucet and possible toilet replacements. Chris unscrewed kitchen faucet nosal and the O-rings came out. Chris tried to replace O-rings with a chopstick and needle nose pliers. The kitchen faucet was spraying water everywhere. Chris told me to put a rag over faucet. Needless to say I have water damage and am getting run around from Osborne plumbing. His wife Angela called me a"" keyboard warrior"" she stated she wasn't impressed. Osborne plumbing does not want to own up to their mistakes, instead they they have chosen to blame their client.

almost $500 total cost to snake a drain. you say you are a honest co
I hope you pay your techs abour $30 a hour . if you don't you should be ashamed of yourself .

Kitchen sink was leaking. Made a service call and they responded shortly thereafter but only to a quote full of fixes not needed at the time totaling $1,500. Call another plumber and leak was fixed for $100.
He could have merely fix the leak and gave me another quote on additional items but that is not how it was presented.

i am giving them a one star but they are not worth for a single star.worst service ever !!!!! when i call to make an appointment the lady did not mention that they charge visiting fees ,and when Chris came here , he could not find any leakage and billed me $255 for nothing .totally insane !!!!!!!!!!!!! never gonna recommend to anyone .

Do yourself a favor and shop around. For a simple drain snake (which took literally 3 minutes) and a gallon of Bio one, we were charged $448. This is insanity. I am currently awaiting a call back from the owner. If this is changed to a reasonable charge for a basic service call, I will revise this review. Otherwise, this company will do their best to rob you and you should avoid them at all costs.
Update: We were not called back by end of day as promised. Pricing and work to be performed was deceiving. We were told a ""sewer machine"" was going to be used. It's even documented as such in your billing provided. We paid upfront, then your tech returns with a simple hand snake. I will revise this review if the owner accepts the fact that his tech was deceptive in his pricing and changes the bill to an appropriate charge. Sending a ""drug free tech"" is not justification for misleading a client on the work to be performed.

1) I called and they responded promptly and set up appointment. Very friendly & courteous.
2) Arrived as expected, booties on :-)
3) They start with an assessment, confirm you are okay w/pricing and move forward. If they hit a point when additional activity is needed, they inform. At that point you are given a revised quote and sign off requested. They share a lot of info w/you. Sometimes a little too much but it's clear they don't want you to be surprised by the end result/bill.
Overall the price, while high, was not that off from what I was expecting. I would call again.

Matt came out and was very rude and didn't seem to know what he was doing. My problem wasn't fixed and I run a business! I called and Angel said she was owner but didn't seem very professional and was also rude. I will never use them again and wouldn't recommend anyone else either. They charge way too much for their service and I'd thought would have more respect for their customers.

I had professional plumbers Matt and Kent from Osborne Plumbing come to my home and diagnose the problem my guest bathroom toilet. The guys were honest and straightforward - pointing out the problem and quoted me a much better price than two other companies. I would highly recommend these guys!

Not happy with our experience using this company. We spent several thousands on plumbing problems we were having and the issue is still not fixed. Our yard was left a mess when they left. Then a couple weeks later I passed him on the interstate and he was laying on his horn at an older lady who apparently was in his way. Not a very professional way to represent yourself.
