We had a repairman come to our property yesterday to check a leak under the house and to repair 2 toilets that would not stop running. So he looked under our house (did not crawl under house), said he didn't have any plastic to lay on to go under and repair leak and he would have to come back out. You would think that they would be a little more prepared but whatever. Did replace 2 stoppers in the 2 toilets. The charge for this service was $250.00. We thought that included coming back to fix the leak under the house but no that would be a completely new charge. He was at our place for maybe 40-45 minutes. So I recommend you check your pockets when they leave. What a rip off.

Worked in our hot water heater for 15 minutes and charged 310.00. This place is a rip off. Lied and said they replaced the burner assembly but it was the pilot assembly.

I called Osborn plumbing to rework all the plumbing in a house that we are do a complete remodel job. Every person that has worked at the house is very professional and does very good work. The price quoted was reasonable, the company adheres to code, even if it is not a requirement. They do not "cut corners" which is very important. They will work hard and fast and they are very busy as a company but they show up timely to work. Additionally, Roger who met with me to do the quote referred me to K&M Contracting to be the General contractor on the job and that company is just is outstanding as Osborn Plumbing. I am so very thankful to have met both of these companies as we are thrilled with the quality of work, the price, the quick timeline and they are a pleasure to work with on the remodel!!

This company is the best, at first we were going to have to wait over a day before they could get to us. They later called and told us a job had finished early and could work us in, yea! The guy that came, James Clanton was super polite and nice, he got us up and running in no time. We highly recommend them.

The main waterline pipe (bringing water from the street to the house) broke over a holiday weekend, and Osborn Plumbing sent guys out on Labor Day to fix the pipe. They explained why the pipe had burst and took care of it quickly. I was very stressed out about not having water and how much it would cost to fix, but they charged a fair amount that matches a quote from another local plumber.

Unfortunately, I had a lot of debris in the line that got into some of the house lines and caused secondary problems. But Osborn Plumbing responded quickly to my follow-up calls, explained what the problem was once they got out to my house, how they would fix it, and how much the charge would be. Some things they fixed for no charge, and the other charges were very reasonable.

It's hard to be "happy" when you have to call someone for plumbing issues at your house, but I am happy with the services I received from Osborn Plumbing. I would definitely recommend them!

We are new to Bastrop, just moving into our new-to-us home. I noticed that our kitchen faucet was dripping, so I looked up local plumbing companies and found Osborn. Being such a small job, they could very easily have put me off a few days, but instead they were at my house in 15 minutes, and 10 minutes later had the problem fixed and were gone. Very polite, very professional, and did a great job. I will definitely be calling them again for any future problems, and recommend them highly.

Roger's plumbing is terrific!!! After having two extensive conversations with Roger, he was able to send guys out first thing Monday morning!! Skip and Bryce detected an issue that has been plaguing us...Completely missed by another plumber. The situation was solved in a day.... Septic and plumbing issues are not fun, however, this crew is excellent. Highly recommended.
